Third cup. With hot and spicy quail. I had it as a finale because I had a bottle of Ippongi that I drank at New Year's. I don't remember the taste 😢. I don't remember the taste 😢.
After party with former work colleagues. The bar has a nice atmosphere with a hideout in the basement. We had a bottle of sake recommended by the waiter while looking at the bottles lined up in a row. This Koikawa is easy to drink and I remember the taste.
I bought it at a nearby supermarket, thinking it would go well with hand-rolled sushi, since it was more light and refreshing.
It was delicious, but the flavor was too robust to be suitable for hand-rolled sushi. I had it with snacks after dinner.
A glass at the local products corner at the Mizushima Port Seminar in Tokyo 🍻 Super refreshing and certainly goes well with blue cheese. But since there were no snacks, it didn't really hit the spot today. Timing is important.
A drink at the local products corner of the Mizushima Port Seminar held in Tokyo 🍻 A substitute for which I would like to have a second helping. It doesn't seem to be available at izakaya (Japanese style pubs), so should I buy some?
Purchased at Aeon Liquor for drinking in the room. I was going to drink it slowly after taking a bath, but it was too much. It was dry in my opinion, and I finished it in reaction to the refreshing Bokchiri.
I looked for it on my way home, but I couldn't find it at Okayama station or the airport.
I came to Okayama and had a sake from Kochi.
I was surprised at how refreshing it was, probably because it was after the Biyoke. ‼️ It went well with the sushi to finish the meal 🍶🍣.
We had some hot sake sold at a campsite in Ibaraki. We had already had beer and wine, but it was too cold to drink anything else, so the warm sake soaked into our stomachs and made us feel warm. A dream in Kyoto? In Ibaraki? No, no, it was a sake brewery in Ibaraki.

And the third hitter. This was also our first meeting.
I wondered what would come after the unique No. 1 and No. 2. Water? It was so refreshing that it went well with the meal 🍶🍽️
Like wine, sake can't be lumped together in one category.
I would like to try more.
I attended the sake club brewery opening party established by SNS.
A person who is well versed in the field selected three recommended sake, of which I was the second batter.
We were introduced to "Otona no Calpis" (Calpis for adults), which we drank.
At this point, only light snacks were served, and I was hungry, so I went for it. Yes, it is true that the description is close, but it doesn't have the unique sludgey feeling of Calpis.
A meal is served. It can't possibly go with the fried chicken, so I switch to the next drink.
Is "Calpis for Adults" good for snack time or after-dinner drink?
I attended the Sake Club's Sake Brewery Opening Party, which was established by SNS.
A well-informed person selected 3 sake recommendations, of which this was the first.
It was a good sake with a strong flavor that was good from start to finish.
On the last day of the New Year vacations, I had a hand-rolled sushi event at home. I had Nebuta, which was the same as the one I had the day before yesterday, but I missed the deliciousness of Shimehari-zuru.
After the family New Year's party held during the day, I wandered around looking for an accompaniment for the Osechi we were given, and found a bottle of Shiboritate Shiborizuru, which I bought.
I had not had it since I was in Murakami more than 10 years ago, but it was so delicious that I finished it in no time, repeating Osechi/Shimehariharihari, Osechi/Shimehariharihari, and so on.
Purchased at the Laematsu store where I stopped by on my way home from Hatsumode (New Year's visit to a shrine).
It was served with dinner on New Year's Day.
It was spicy and very good to drink.
Too bad I left it at my parents' house without finishing it 😢.
