We had some hot sake sold at a campsite in Ibaraki. We had already had beer and wine, but it was too cold to drink anything else, so the warm sake soaked into our stomachs and made us feel warm. And the third hitter. This was also our first meeting. I wondered what would come after the unique No. 1 and No. 2. Water? It was so refreshing that it went well with the meal 🍶🍽️ Like wine, sake can't be lumped together in one category. I would like to try more.

I attended the sake club brewery opening party established by SNS. A person who is well versed in the field selected three recommended sake, of which I was the second batter. We were introduced to "Otona no Calpis" (Calpis for adults), which we drank. At this point, only light snacks were served, and I was hungry, so I went for it. Yes, it is true that the description is close, but it doesn't have the unique sludgey feeling of Calpis. A meal is served. It can't possibly go with the fried chicken, so I switch to the next drink. Is "Calpis for Adults" good for snack time or after-dinner drink?

After the family New Year's party held during the day, I wandered around looking for an accompaniment for the Osechi we were given, and found a bottle of Shiboritate Shiborizuru, which I bought. I had not had it since I was in Murakami more than 10 years ago, but it was so delicious that I finished it in no time, repeating Osechi/Shimehariharihari, Osechi/Shimehariharihari, and so on.

Purchased at the Laematsu store where I stopped by on my way home from Hatsumode (New Year's visit to a shrine). It was served with dinner on New Year's Day. It was spicy and very good to drink. Too bad I left it at my parents' house without finishing it 😢.
