While returning home, I considered stopping by the Nada Sake Brewery. After much deliberation, he chose Kiku-Masamune. Timing was good, and we were able to observe the manufacturing process of the taru, or barrel sake. The barrels of barrel sake are handmade from cedar wood. After tasting the sake, we enjoyed the dry taste of the cedar. I got a four-pack of sake while being squeezed by a group of tourists. I carefully carried it on my carry-on and politely carried it back home. You can also buy it at a nearby supermarket 😭. But the sake we bought at the museum where we saw the process must have been special ✨.

Wandering around by bicycle, I went to a supermarket with a relatively ample supply of seasonings and sake. The sake was freshly pressed and seemed to go well with meals. The label says it goes well with winter seasonal ingredients and nabe dishes. However, I had it as an after-dinner drink after a meal. If I have a chance, I will drink it with nabe next time.

I stopped by a local old pine tree where I had some business to do and bought my first shibori. It was the first time to drink Hatsushibori, and I enjoyed the gap between it and the hiyaoroshi I drank last month. I had it while enjoying the difference from the hiyaoroshi I drank last month.

Last year, I received a bottle of this product brought to a volunteer launch, and when I saw it on sale at a local supermarket as a "limited quantity with lot number", I had no hesitation in buying it 🍶. Although the taste is different from what I remember, the sweet and robust flavor makes it a good after-dinner drink.

Dived in the day before closing. I was told that almost half of the items were gone. As I recall, I got the only Junmai Tetorigawa that was left. It was refreshingly dry. I heard that they are opening a new restaurant in Gotanda, and I would like to enjoy Noto's food and sake. Additional information The third photo is a cup of my choice, not the sake.

I am usually mainly from western Japan, but this is the first time I bought sake from Tokyo. I didn't know they made sake in Tokyo. It's been a while since I've visited the sake section of AEON. Nice red label. The crab is cute. Limited edition. I bought it. My favorite. It is dry with a good taste. I think I'll buy it again, I'm not going to break my stance of being shallow and broad!

There are not many izakayas or liquor stores near me that serve Naohiko Noguchi Institute's sake, so I obtained it through the Furusato tax payment. I am ashamed to admit that I had to write this note, I am ashamed to admit that I would not have realized that "Kannon-shita" is read as "Kanagaso" without this note. My apologies to the lovers. I remember it as light, light and dry, but it was heavy and thick, and on the contrary, I could taste it for a long time after the meal. It is good to be able to savor it after a meal. I am now in need of a sake cooler.

It's been a while since I've posted. When I stopped by my hometown, there was a fall festival. Old Pine nearby was selling sake by the cup and I was sucked into the store. I was attracted by the "Hiyoroshi" (limited hiyaoroshi) and bought it! I should have bought several bottles. I liked it so much that I wished I had bought a few bottles (which I couldn't), and I sipped it after dinner and finally finished it 🍶.

It has been a while since I bought a bottle of Ippongi and a bottle of Yongo. It's a clear, dry sake, and I've been enjoying it sipping it with my evening drink. But it will lose its flavor towards the end of the bottle, so it's a race against time. The label is a cutout of Denshin. There are many good sake breweries in Fukui, so I would like to visit some of them.

I ran out of sake on a 2-week business trip to Asia, so I had this one at a company reception the day after I returned to Japan without worrying about my surroundings. It was great with fish. Postscript I ordered one cup of sake, but I was so impressed with the store's behavior that they overflowed the glass and even filled it up with more sake.

A hot weather party in Shinbashi with fellow Jien-Ho volunteers. Closing of the god-binding. Dio Abita" means "God abides" in Italian, I heard. It was a fitting end to the meal. It is a sake that I often hear about, so it is easy to drink and I want to drink it again. Delicious.

Purchased for the following reasons. Brewer I saw on the way to Hibi Brewing's store. 　✳︎ Hibi Hibi was closed 😭 The label is unique 😊. I have a feeling it will be dry 🤔. I drank it chilled for a while, It was a jackpot. Except for the choice of a small bottle. Kyoto, the best. I would like to revisit the city and take a sake walk. Place of purchase Kyoto station
