At home. Kumamoto sake, Sung Kaoru, purchased on an expedition to Fukuoka. The Sansho I was looking for was sold out, and I managed to find this Kumamoto sake. It has a smooth, refreshing taste with a slight bitterness at the end. It was a dangerous one that was easy to drink. After a long time, I took a walk around Motomachi area in Kobe by bicycle, bought some gyoza (Chinese dumplings), and went home. Since it was Saturday afternoon, Sannomiya and Motomachi were quite crowded, and the city seemed to have regained its vitality.

I've never seen this brand before. It's mostly consumed in Niigata Prefecture, so it's not sold outside the prefecture. I was lucky enough to drink it 😄. It's chilled but very juicy, and it's a true trendy combination of sweetness and refreshment. I drank it at the end of a drinking party, so there wasn't much left of the knob, but it's a very powerful drink that works well on its own. I'd really like to taste it at home, so if I find it somewhere else, I'll definitely buy it 😙. But I drank too much yesterday 😨

As understood from the label, it is an original label of Hotel Epinar Nasu that probably exists in Nasu Kogen. The aroma is like a picture of green apples🍏. Kansai Salmon Ware year-end party⑳⑳ We said goodbye to Umaisan, Maru, Rutemi, pyonpyo and Robin and went to the 3rd party. Mr. Muchi helped us to find a restaurant for the after-party too. But it is not as dry as Niiyu, which is my main favorite (icon), but it gives me a feeling of being thirst-quenched afterwards. (Is it because of the low alcohol content?). So far, I have yet to find a sake that surpasses the iconic Niiyu.
