Another bottle bought at a supermarket in Kawagoe. I also bought a bottle that was not hiyaoroshi.
After storing it in the fridge, I took a sip. The aroma is mild. The texture has a mild aroma, and the taste has a richness to it. It has a hint of sweetness like apple honey, and becomes dry and sharp.
With only one cup of hiyaoroshi left, I thought to myself, "Yes, that's right! Sake tasting!
