I could not detect much character. Taste of an orthodox Junmai Daiginjo, aroma and flavor reminiscent of muscat and melon, quite sweet, but less artificial sweetener. Not good for me personally due to the lack of rice flavor.

Strange, a mix of rice and sake sensation is felt first, which quickly changes to a sugary sweetness and sake sensation. Not much fizziness. Very sweet (artificial. Tastes like it doesn't fit.) Tastes like pear.

It is still the most delicious of the brewer's Kuheiji series. It has just the right amount of slight effervescence, a sweetness that is not too sweet, a rich rice flavor, and a slight sake taste that lingers at the end. I like the lingering sake feeling that makes you feel like you are drinking sake, and that the sake is the main ingredient rather than the food.

The taste is similar to Kuheiji Normal, with a sense of rice. It has a slightly effervescent taste and is refreshing right after drinking, followed by a muscat-like taste and rice flavor, and finally a melon-like sweetness. This refreshing taste is the difference from the normal. A glass of wine is the best choice.

It is still above the line of Kuheiji, and since it does not have a rice flavor, it tastes sweet and easy to drink, like melon or muscat. It is elegant and refreshing, but not my favorite. I like the normal version of Kuheiji because it has the most rice flavor. When the temperature drops, the aftertaste is of rice.

It has a slight fizziness and sweetness on the palate, followed by a dry rice taste, and finally the sweetness remains again. The sweetness of the rice comes while still having a sake-like taste. It is not easy to drink, but I like it very much.

The concept of this sake seems to be to provide an evening's peace of mind rather than the sparkle of a glass of sake. When not drunk, it has a strong sake-like taste, with a hint of alcohol, making it seem like a deep, old man's sake. However, when drunk to a certain degree, it has a deep sweetness of rice and a mellow flavor like a burnt butter cookie.

There is zero sake-like sensation, and the aftertaste is clean and sweet like muscat on the palate, although the aftertaste is very sharp. This is possible as it is available at Aeon. However, there is no sense of rice.

Slightly effervescent, with a strong acidity and a slight sense of rice in the acidity. The sweetness is also felt within the acidity. It is refreshing and easy to drink, but I would like to see more rice flavor.
