I went on a business trip to Aomori the other day and brought this as a souvenir. I vaguely matched it with squid or tuna. I thought it was probably a local luxury sake. It was a very tasty and elegant sake.

@Hotel Emion Tokyo Pei Rice used is So-no-Mai, Chiba Prefecture's original sake rice. It seems to be a lineage with Omachi as its high grandfather. This is also a delicious sake that goes well with Japanese food. It is refreshing, and the sweetness comes on gradually. It is an all-around sake, not limited to Japanese food.

This is a special Junmai Nama Genshu with a rice polishing ratio of 60%. First of all, the fruity ginjo aroma that is typical of freshly squeezed sake is a nice touch. The first impression you get when you drink it is a refreshing, fresh and gentle sweetness that only sake can provide. It's a sweetness like strawberries that I've never tasted before - I think this is a taste that only freshly pressed sake can give you. It's delicious!

This is delicious. I sent a bottle of Yamagata wine to my cousin who lives in Nagoya, and this is my return gift. I'm satisfied with this sake because it has the feeling I like. It's good at room temperature. It rides softly on the tongue with a sweetness that flows easily. I like Halley's Comet.

Imanishi Sake Brewery is well known for its Mimuro Cedar. I have not seen this sake very often, but I bought it thinking that the sake bearing their name must be very strong. The aroma is subdued, but it is like a rummy. It has a light sweetness and a nice sharpness. It has a slight alcohol taste. I heard that Asahi rice is a low GI food, I hope this sake is also low GI 🤣.

Popular local sake from Saitama 🍶It doesn't look like a Japanese sake 🍶! Aroma: Sour and sweet citrus 🍊? No...grape 🍊? At home. My first Miyakanme ministry. I've always been curious about it since it was introduced on the Izakaya Shinkansen that I saw on TV. I was waiting for my first encounter with it because it was often posted on Sake-no-wa, and I finally found it at a liquor store on my trip to Japan. The aroma is grain-like, and in the mouth it is smooth, with a little sweetness and sourness, followed immediately by a crisp dryness, and finally a light bitterness that finishes it off. Furusato Tax: Hakuro Taruzu Drinking Comparison (1) We compared 2 bottles of Hakuro Taruhu Jun Daigin set with the Hometown Tax return gift from Tsuruoka City. ✌️ First, let's start with Dewa Sanzan 😄. The aroma is fruity with a hint of sourness. The label says it is mellow and umaguchi, and while it is certainly umaguchi, it is characterized by its sharpness, leaving the impression of acidity and dryness in the aftertaste. It has a strong sense of transparency and is both mildly sweet and spicy, making it a good mid-meal sake. It has a wide strike zone for temperature, and can be served cold, of course, but it also shows its potential at temperatures that are close to room temperature.

Furusato Tax: Hakuro Taruzu Drinking Comparison (2) Drinking comparison of 2 bottles of Jun Daigin set of Hakuro Taruzu with the Furusato tax return gift from Tsuruoka city. ✌️ The second bottle is Rashinban, my personal No.2 brand from last year. Ordered again this year with Furusato tax return 😂. This is an ice-aged Jun Daigin made from the beautifully named Yuki-Onogami sake rice, polished to 33%. The top aroma is tropical fruit🥭 type. On the palate, the sweetness and umami are firm, but the finish is quick and curiously refreshing. The aftertaste is full of ripeness and spiciness, and the taste is delicious from start to finish.

A liquor store in Yamagata recommended this sake to me. I bought it because it's a Junmai Daiginjo made by polishing a rare type of sake rice called Yukimajin up to 39. The alcohol content is high, but the taste is refreshing, sweet and mild. It's rich with flavor but crisp after drinking it 🙂 It smells very fragrant and makes me happy😇
