They said it goes well with fish, so we got some sushi and had dinner 🍣. Looking at the chart of Sake-no-wa, I thought it wouldn't be too palatable, but sure enough, I don't think I like the taste very much. It has a clear, refreshing taste with almost no off-flavors, but the umami flavor slowly spreads in the aftertaste. It is dry.... It certainly goes well with fish. After Shikishima, tkmts-san was drinking Ryujinmaru, and I wanted to try something of Takagaki-san's sake, so I chose Kirakuri. This time it was an unfiltered raw Nakadori. It is a spring sake, but the label is not pink or something spring-like, but for some reason, it has a full moon. My own guess is that it comes from the haiku term "Haru-Manzuki," which means "full moon in spring. But it still looks like a hiyaoroshi. Lactic acidity from the top-tasting aroma. The mouthfeel is silky and light sweetness from the tangy gasiness, and the umami is jiggly. The aftertaste is full of lactic acidity, and the closing acidity and bitterness are robust. I thought it was a bit of a rush at the back of my throat, but it was only 17%. It is light, so you don't feel it too much, but it is quite heavy. If you don't think about the order in which you drink it, it might wipe out the taste of the next sake. Thank you very much for the drink!
