I thought it might be limited to direct sales, but I was able to buy it at a liquor store. If you go down the shopping street near Okamachi Station, you will find an old shopping center with a supermarket in it. This is a community-based liquor store that is housed in it. They carry a wide variety of sake brands such as Yukitsuru, Asakayousei, Katanozakura, Kaygetsu, Sakura Masamune, Ootsuru, Shiraoi, Haginoduro, Shikizakura, and others. They seemed to be putting a lot of effort into craft beer and wine. The rice is Gohyakumangoku and Koshibuki. The rice is lightly cloudy to the point of being orikara. Basically, it is spicy, but the entrance is clean, and it tastes good with a firm umami and acidity in the latter half.

Purchased at Takatsuki Hankyu. To be honest, they have a smaller selection of alcoholic beverages than Umeda Hankyu, but I think their lineup is more tasteful than Umeda. Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka ③. Ichinomiya Sake Brewery of Iwami Ginzan and Rika. I had bought Yukika at Hanshin Department Store in Amagasaki in the past. I found out that it was Mr. Rika, the toji (master brewer), who was standing in the store at that time😅. I tasted the following Iwami Ginzan Special Junmai Hiyoshi Oroshi Rika Junmai Ginjo Kaihatanryu Ichitunya TANE Nama-zake Yukika Sparkling None of them left much of an impression on me, but I thought the Yukika was as tasty as ever. It was sweet and strong, like a strong calpis soda. I would like to try it again because Sugidama-san in Kyoto sells Iwami Ginzan.

A bowl of oden at an oden shop in Shizuoka Station. I had no idea about this brand. The best part of traveling is being able to drink this kind of local sake with local food 😆. A little sweet and full, with a clean dry finish. It is not flashy, but there is no alcohol feeling that lingers in the throat and it is very smooth to drink 😄. It goes great with Shizuoka oden, which is a thick, dark broth with fishmeal, and if we weren't on a family trip, we would be drinking it endlessly 😅.... Also, I had a local B gourmet dish called "Motsuru Curry" for the first time, which was also very tasty👍👍!

I had a chance to drink some sake from a new brewery in Kochi, and I bought it because it was my favorite strain. Personally, I had high expectations for this sake because it comes from Kameizumi. When cold, the aroma was rather subdued, and as the temperature rose, I could detect a pineapple-like aroma, which is typical of Seru. It is a sweet and sour type of sake with both sweetness and sourness coming out strongly, and the sourness leaves a stronger impression than the very sweet type. The sourness that lingers in the mouth leaves a strong impression, and the sake finishes relatively nicely, giving the impression of a dry sake. 720, about 2400 yen

Shikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka - A Spectacle of Sake and Food in Shikoku ⑭ Kawazawa Sake Brewery has been on my radar ever since I saw the news about the brewery's birth. We drank Clouds on the mountain Zaagusaag Special Junmai Gohyakumangoku, 60% polished rice I got the impression that it was a dry sake with a good sweetness and umami. Yama ni Kumo no Karara Karara Junmai Daiginjo Gin no Yume 50% polished rice The aroma is sweet. It is sweet and fruity. The acidity is fruit-like. Low alcohol content, light and easy to drink.
