Spring limited edition sake, get it~! 🌸 I went to a liquor store to buy a gift for my boss when he was transferred, and I found Kangiku and bought it immediately ☺️(I bought 2 bottles, one for him and one for home...) The message from the brewer was so perfect for a farewell gift that I thought he was a genius... The fruity aroma heightened my expectations 🥺. It was not fizzy when I opened it, but when I put it in my mouth, I could feel a subtle shwash... strange 🫧. Juicy like muscat juice, refreshing (No acidity), and as always don't miss Kangiku-sama 、、、、. I can give it to my director with confidence.

At the Red Brick Pot Hut🍶. The aroma was pretty much "Junmai-shu! I wondered if it would be okay, but when I tried it, the taste was not as strong as the aroma, and it was easy to drink. It was more mildly fruity than juicy and delicious 🍎. Low acidity ◎.

My first Fukuoka sake 🍶. I was worried if it would suit my palate, but the aroma made me suspicious... (I felt a sour yogurt type smell) It tastes like a slightly peculiar yogurt top 🐮(light yogurt). If it's cooled down to a crisp, it's drinkable normally! But if it's at room temperature, you might be reluctant to drink it, ? I don't like sour taste of milk. I don't like the sour taste of milk 😖😖😖😖. Someone please tell me a good (fruit juicy, zero sourness) Kyushu sake: .....

At the Red Brick Pot Hut: ✌️ It's been a long time since I've had a big Reine! Refreshing white grape - lemon juice feeling, but the acidity is mild and easy to drink 🫧. The alcohol taste in the nose is not strong at all, so you can drink it all the time, 󺾧. It is really like a juice when you keep it in your mouth. It's still as delicious as ever 😌.

The brand name is unknown because it was drunk at a pub, and the appearance of the bottle is also unknown. My first Shizuoka sake 🍶. Mild, round and easy to drink! For better or worse, it is a normal sake without any peculiarities! The aftertaste is slightly fruity 🍇🍎.

The aroma is a refreshing junmai sake type aroma 🍶. When you drink it, the concentrated flavor is amazing! It tastes like a little bit of ajinomoto on the tongue with a light edge to it 😂. I can feel a slight fruity taste in the back, but it's a refreshing sake 🫧. I always thought it was "zansou" but I never knew it was "zarusou"!

The aroma is gorgeous and fruity from the moment you pour it into the boar's mouth, and it has high expectations: ⤴️ When you put it in your mouth, it feels smooth and refreshing. Unlike the fruity aroma, the taste is rather refreshing 🍎. It smelled like freshly cut apples. I felt it was a refreshing sake that would go well with any meal 🍶.

The last sake of the year was Nagasaki's Hiran🍶. HappyNewBorn! The gasiness was so strong that it blew out the cork when the bottle was opened 🫧. It has a refreshing fruity aroma and is a juicy sake with a moderate sweetness. A type of sake that can be drunk smoothly 🍐. Next year, I aim to conquer all 47 prefectures! I was happy to drink a lot of delicious sake this year 🍶🍶.

I visited Kikumasamune on a trip to Hyogo and was so impressed that I had to order it (I usually never order such things). The first sip gave me a sour taste like yogurt with a dash of Okinawa (Reimei). I thought I might have made a mistake, but as I sipped it, it suddenly changed to a gorgeous flavor that surprised me 🍶. It is not my favorite flavor, but I learned that even the same sake brewer can make a completely different flavor 📚.

Our New Year's Eve Sake Vol. 2 🍶. Chiba was a hot place this year It was surprisingly cloudy and so thick that you could almost hear it toque when pouring it into a sake cup. It smells and tastes just like amazake! I had it while thinking it was a good sake for the end of the year 🎍. It tasted a little sour, and I don't like amazake so much, so I don't think I'll repeat it. ....

Cats! They seem to be the cats in the brewery, 🐱. It's quite smooth and has a bitter and tight taste! The bitter x juicy x sweet taste is just right! I haven't had this since my trip to Mie in February, but the last time I had it, it was more juicy and fruity! I think it was more like "juicy fruitiness" when I drank it before.

Winter nigori unfiltered raw sake, jackpot! It's no surprise that you can't go wrong with Sono Kangiku, but there's no reason why the unfiltered nama sake can't be delicious 🥲. The aroma is gorgeous and somewhat like amazake (sweet sake), juicy like melon or muscat juice, but not as acidic as Sengoku and easy to drink. Refreshingly juicy and too delicious. ❄️⛄️ It is a rare item that is only available for pre-order, I am so happy to get it 😌.

The aroma is so melon, I know it's my favorite drink from the smell and I get excited 😭. The bubbles are too good, the taste is just the right amount of bitter, juicy, and sweet.... It's the type of sake that you can gobble up, but you can feel the alcohol content (say 15%). Delicious! This drink is so good that it made me feel like I've been rewarded for a day's work! Sono Kangiku, so far all of them might not be out of place.... 100 check-ins reached✅.
