Another great cloudy sake🍶 given to me by someone at work. The aroma is elegantly sweet like baked sweets, and the taste is like yogurt with a hint of alcohol with little sweetness. It tastes like yogurt with a hint of alcohol. It's thick and thick, so if you drink it thinking it's sake, you may feel it's different. Doburoku? Amazake? Makgeolli? type

My first Ehime sake! 🍊 The company remembered that I told them I had yet to try Ehime sake, so they bought some for me 😭(I'm so glad). They said it goes well with fish, so we got some sushi and had dinner 🍣. Looking at the chart of Sake-no-wa, I thought it wouldn't be too palatable, but sure enough, I don't think I like the taste very much. It has a clear, refreshing taste with almost no off-flavors, but the umami flavor slowly spreads in the aftertaste. It is dry.... It certainly goes well with fish. It's not my favorite, but I was so surprised that he bought it for me that I was able to work warmly all day today.
