Mellow and elegant, +1 for Gohyakumangoku.
I remember it was clean and elegant.

I received this from a relative in Nagaoka. The taste is a combination of freshness and sourness. It tastes more sour than the usual Hakkaisan. It went well with today's crispy nabe.

Hakkaisan, which is only available in the Uonuma area, was bought on the way home from Fuji Rock. It tastes just right to accompany mizutaki.

A product limited to the Uonuma area. Whenever I visit Yuzawa area, I always buy this product.
Polishing ratio 60%. It is a reasonable pure rice Hakkaisan, but has a delicious flavor that I like.

The first aroma is slightly sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, it is a little more modern and dry.
It has a soft umami flavor that quickly fades away.
This is quite a tasty dry 🍶✨.
