Modern Sentori Yumachi from before the Edo Warriors.
Love the label.
Light with a strong acidity typical of Sentori.
Personally, I would drink it with any meal and go on and on.
I was very impressed with the sake I received last year and was eager to drink it again this year, and I was welcomed with open arms.
After a gorgeous and juicy entry, you can feel the roughness and sharpness of new sake in a good sense.
A sake that can be felt in many ways with just one sip.
Good evening, Mr. Takasaki.
NewMoon is delicious ⤴️
I had some the other day and the flavor was irresistible✨.
It seems to be a very difficult sake to get, but next year I'd like to try it at home 😊.
Thank you for your comment, ma-ki. It's delicious...it seems to be especially popular among Nabeshima, and our distributors receive frequent inquiries about it this time of year. Please come to our house next year!
Hirotogawa has a very good reputation.
This is the first time for me to try the special junmai.
Unexpectedly, there was a sweetness, not a fruity sweetness, but a sweetness and umami of rice.
The impression is that it is not classic but not modern either.
A sake in an exquisite position.
I held off on buying it because I could drink it in restaurants, but I still brought it home.
It has a grapefruit feel to it and is sweet, juicy and full of flavor.
I bought it again this year following last year.
It is quite sweet with the full force of the chrysanthemum character.
Personally, I like to drink it after a meal.
Following the "Retro," I will have the new "Classic."
The fizz is quite strong.
It is like carbonated water and has a mineral taste.
The sweetness is weaker than the "Retro" and the sourness, which is typical of Senkyoku, is still there.
The end of the bottle tasted darker and a little cloudy, so it may be better to let it rise and fall lightly before drinking. (Blowout warning).
I am very much looking forward to the "Modern" as well, although I have not been able to get my hands on it yet.
I was curious about the renewed Sentori.
We started with "Retro.
Although it is called "Retro," it tastes like a cutting-edge sweet-and-sour unpasteurized sake.
I would really appreciate it if I could buy this anytime, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if it became difficult to obtain.
It is quintessential.
