Rice used is unknown. According to the owner of the sake shop, the sake is aged for three years, but there is no strong sense of aging, and it is a dry junmai-shu with a good acidity. The manager recommended this sake, and it won a prize at a competition in Paris, so I opened the bottle with high expectations. The first saké was cold and the first saké was, "Hmmm? It has a strong unique flavor... It's a bit peculiar because it's a sake brewed from a traditional sake brewery... It's not a good match for me... I think it would be better to warm it up 🤔.
