Nemuchi said she didn't have a good image of Nishinomoto, but I pushed her 😁. Well, I don't usually drink Nishinomon myself 🙄🙄. It had the same label and yeast as the one I drank at home in the past, but it was upgraded from junmai ginjo to junmai daiginjo. Sweet and sour, juicy and delicious. Like Koshi, I don't like the aroma of sake made with malic acid-producing yeast, but I don't dislike the taste.

Tenma Taishukai 2024 ④ The day before, I tasted Sakakamatsu from this brewery at a liquor store in Ikuno Ward. He asked me if I was going to the Tenma Sake Festival. I've been to this brewery and bought sake before. I think it was a brewery in Osaka, but closer to Wakayama and near a fishing port. I drank Junmai Ginjo Natsusei Nemuchi-san confirmed with the brewery that it was the same Sakakamatsu Natsusei that I drank the day before. Hmmm? When I drank it the day before, I had the impression that it was a summer sake with good flavor and drinkability, but something is different... Is it the temperature range? It seems too thin or too light 🤔. Summer Ginjo This is also a summer sake. Similar to Junmai Ginjo, but this one is spicier.

Found it at a local store I sometimes go to 👀. I had no prior knowledge of the brand, but was attracted by the sexy label and the owner's comment that it was "sweet and delicious" 😁. It is indeed sweet. But not sticky, clean and elegant sweetness 😋. By the third day, the sweetness was reduced and the taste was balanced 😆 Uma~! Tonight, we paired this first sake with Japanese food for dinner. Saijotsuru Jun Dai Black Label Hibi Seishin Nakadori Nama Sake✨. I have not had much luck with Hiroshima sake so far, but I hope this will be a new encounter for you: ☺️ I've never had much luck with Hiroshima sake, but I'm hoping to meet some new people. Is Tachika a characteristic of the rice? Is it the yeast? The aroma is not so strong, but it is a bit of a "chemi" aroma. The taste has the fresh acidity and clear quality of Nakadori Nama-shu, with soft fruit flavors of muscat and lychee, and finishes crisply with a dry taste with a strong sense of alcohol in the latter half. It is perfect as a food sake and does not interfere with meals, but it is also delicious when drunk on its own 😋.
