Brewed by Endo Sake Brewery in Suzaka, Nagano Domuroku Keiryuu Activated Nama Shu Junmai This sake is new to me. When I tried it, I found it to be foul tasting (@_@). This is the supernatant of Keiryu Domuroku from Endo Sake Brewery. I really wanted to buy Domuroku, but it was the last day of my trip when I visited there and I had to return home by hand-carry 😅. The top aroma is sweet with a soft acidity. There are fine pieces of rice floating in the glass. In the mouth, it has a rich rice sweetness with a hint of acidity. It is sweet and thick. It's like a Nagano sake. It was delicious 🍶✨️ The third one is an old brewery about a 10-minute walk from Suzaka Station on the Nagano Electric Railway Nagano Line. Sake is made at a factory located a short distance away.

Souvenirs from a classmate from Akita, Japan, at the end of GW If you are not sure about Akita sake, go for Fukukomachi! I think it's as reliable as the best Akita sake. I don't feel much of the Uetatekoso aroma. The mouthfeel is familiar sweet and tasty, but it has a very different flavor with a crisp acidity. In addition, it has a strong umami flavor, and the taste of umami acidity is something you don't encounter very often. Fukkomachi has a lot of nostalgia! Hiduyoshi received as a souvenir from a New Year's party I have an image that Hideshiyoshi tastes better a few days after opening the bottle, and this one is no exception! It tasted hard and so-so right after opening the bottle, but after 3-4 days, the impression changed completely. From the flat taste of the past, a clear acidity has opened up along with a savoriness that comes in a jolt, and the dry base has been covered by the savoriness and acidity. The flavor is now fuller and more vibrant, and it's ah~ delicious! Yes, this is it! This is what I mean! Thank you very much for the sake!

This was my first time to drink Kagoshima sake. I thought it might be too strong, but it was easy to enjoy.

This is one of the bottles that was sold in a set with Tobiroki at Hasegawa sake shop, it was made in October 2020, so I guess they used Tobiroki to clear this stock 😅. I'm not a big fan of the Satsuma Masamune, but I'm not a big fan of the Tobiroki either. I was a bit worried because it's a raw stored sake, almost a year after production, but there were no quality issues 😄. Rather, I didn't feel the peculiarity that I felt when I drank Junmai Ginjo before, and it tastes better than that time 🌟. It has a slight sweetness, a strong alcohol feeling and a spiciness that comes down the throat, not very distinctive but enough for everyday drinking. Cold sake is the best 😚

It had a cup on the lid 😚The taste was mild, with the refined sweetness and flavor of rice and a hint of sourness 😋. It was a good sake to drink before going to bed. 🙆‍♀️
