It disappears quickly. Brewed with 50% Miyamanishiki and 50% Hitogochiki from Nagano Prefecture, it is truly a hybrid of the best of both worlds. I've had my eye on this sake for a while, so I'm very satisfied with this one. Nagano sake is high quality...I'm having a little bit of it with some pickled bonito as a snack...
