The sundubu jjigae was I kept the spiciness low so that my family could also enjoy it. I made the best use of the soup stock of shijimi clam. The sake does not have much rice flavor 🤔. This is the sixth brewery in the Saku Sake Brewery series. Located in a historic town along the old Nakasendo road, this is a place I would like to visit again. The taste is very strong as it is called "mellow" sake. It is 18% alcohol by volume. It has a bitter taste on the tip of the tongue, followed by a sweet sake-like flavor. This is the first time I drink it at home. I bought it from Kurumiya in Hachinohe because they only sell one bottle of sake in my neighborhood.
