I've always wanted to drink Taniizumi! I wasn't sure which one to choose, but on the other hand, it looks like the regular sake is harder to find, so I chose this one😃! It's a regular sake, but apparently it's Fukuroshibori! The first sip gave me the impression that it was a traditional sake☺️. The first sip was like a traditional sake ☺️ I could taste the strong grain flavor but then the sweetness and mellowness came through 😚 it wasn't dry 😆.

Purchased at Vinos Yamazaki in Kyoto after buying Daina at a liquor store in Saiin After this, I went back to the liquor store on the 2nd floor of the Yaichi main building and to Takimoto - Isetan 😊. I really wanted the Vinos limited edition Isoboast, but the date was a year ago, so I avoided it💦. It's also February 24 😅. I thought about how to read "kunika", "kokka", etc... but when I looked it up, it's "kokkou". Reminds me of Cocco for my generation 🤔. Drink at room temperature. It's lightly colored. It's been almost a year, but there's no sense of aging. It has a classical flavor and a little lactic acidity, but it's still light and refreshing. I'd like to try some of their raw sake, though I didn't have any this time. Like Isobojiman, I think Shizuoka sake is a good choice for me 🤔. At home. The third Nara sake without permission - ‼️. Kita Sake Brewery is located in Gobo-cho, Kashihara City and was founded in 1718. My son used to play baseball and we used to go to Sato Yakuhin Stadium near here. This is the first time for us to visit there. The aroma is not so strong, but there is a slight sweetness and alcohol. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness, sourness, dryness, and the gradual feeling of alcohol. Oh, is this the ultimate in dryness? For now, I will only taste it tonight and wait for tomorrow to see how it changes. There was almost no change in taste after the second day. It is dry, but it has a sweet taste and is not unacceptable.

Miyogiku is a sake brewery located near Kashihara Shrine. I bought a Junmai sake and this Honjozo sake. It has a very high density of flavor and richness even in hiya, and the acidity is enough to go well with the drinks! It is also very well balanced in terms of both comfort and drinkability! It is even better when heated! This is wonderful! I bought a small bottle the day before because I had to buy a lot of things at Ise Jingu Shrine, but I want to buy another 4 bottles! Before going to the Kashihara Shrine, we went around the tombs around the shrine, and especially the Unebiyama Northeast Mausoleum was amazing! It was scary! Furthermore, although I must have been to Kashihara Shrine when I was a child, it looks bigger than the image I had when I was a child. Normally it should look smaller than it did when I was a child, but it was the opposite. I guess I felt the greatness of Kashihara Shrine.

A bowl of oden at an oden shop in Shizuoka Station. I had no idea about this brand. The best part of traveling is being able to drink this kind of local sake with local food 😆. A little sweet and full, with a clean dry finish. It is not flashy, but there is no alcohol feeling that lingers in the throat and it is very smooth to drink 😄. It goes great with Shizuoka oden, which is a thick, dark broth with fishmeal, and if we weren't on a family trip, we would be drinking it endlessly 😅.... Also, I had a local B gourmet dish called "Motsuru Curry" for the first time, which was also very tasty👍👍!

Nukadaira Gensenkyo Bring Your Own Sake (1) We stayed at Nakamuraya in Nukadaira Onsen for 3 nights in a row with 3 bottles of different types of local sake from Hokkaido selected by Kumada Shoten in Obihiro City, bringing in a 4-pack a day and enjoying a happy meal every night with a humble side dish of local ingredients as a snack 😃. This one is gorgeous, fruity and slightly sweet. The aftertaste is elegant and clean, so it can be easily matched with any dishes such as local chicken, rainbow trout, wild vegetables, potatoes, etc. ‼️ The flavor spreads more if it is slightly chilled. The name comes from the fact that Hokkaido used to be divided into 11 states. A long time ago, Hokkaido was behind in new approaches to sake, and lagged behind the local sake from other parts of Japan. So they launched this brand in an attempt to create a delicious sake. Tonight, our first series of this brand from Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture. Okuroku Junmai Ginjo-shu Namahashime Unite 2023BY✨. The aroma is a mild, almost odorless barb 🌿 The taste has a pleasant acidity and sweetness on the attack, with a nice, nourishing umami flavor. The second half is quite sharp with a pungent alcohol taste lingering in the back of the throat. It was very perfect as a food wine 😋😋😋😋.
