I've always been curious about it because I often see it at Takashimaya, but this is my first time to drink it. The rice is Asahi rice and Yamadanishiki. The flavor is glossy and delicious on the center of the tongue, and the light sweetness on the back of the tongue makes the taste even more enjoyable. As you continue drinking, you will not get bored with the gentle sourness on the tip of your tongue and the bitter taste on the back of your tongue 😚. As it settles down further, it even becomes fruity. At first sip, I thought it was just a dry sake and wondered if I made a mistake, but no way 😳. It was a pleasant taste, and the change in flavor was delightful 😍.
