I was curious about it in an obfuscation kind of way, so I bought a trial. It's been sitting in my cellar for over a year for some reason, but let's see how it tastes 👀. When I opened the bottle and poured it, it was moist and had a peachy aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth, just like the name "Sarari". It is just as moist and slightly sweet as the aroma, and tastes just like a peach! The slightly green and sour taste gives the taste a hint of Mac's pickles 🍔. A bowl of oden at an oden shop in Shizuoka Station. I had no idea about this brand. The best part of traveling is being able to drink this kind of local sake with local food 😆. A little sweet and full, with a clean dry finish. It is not flashy, but there is no alcohol feeling that lingers in the throat and it is very smooth to drink 😄. It goes great with Shizuoka oden, which is a thick, dark broth with fishmeal, and if we weren't on a family trip, we would be drinking it endlessly 😅.... Also, I had a local B gourmet dish called "Motsuru Curry" for the first time, which was also very tasty👍👍!

Tonight, we continue our series of firsts with this one, named after the female toji known for her work at Tomikunaga. This sake is brewed with Hachitanishiki and Yamadanishiki. The freshness is alive and well, and the melon aroma (typical of Yamada Nishiki) is faintly felt at first, but then the sharp dryness and acidity overflow into the pineapple aroma (So_1F34D) without the sweetness of Hachitan Nishiki and continue until the finish.
