I bought this sake when I went to Nagahama, Shiga to see the Hikiyama Festival. The label also featured the Hikiyama Festival, so it was a perfect souvenir. It has a mild taste with the umami of rice and a dry, slightly tangy aftertaste. It is well-balanced and delicious.

It is a delicious mouthful with a bit of sweetness. As the label says, it marries with kiri cream cheese✨.

Typha orientalis Slightly aromatic and lightly dry. It is interesting that umami appears when paired with a meal. Could be delicious. Let's go around Lake Biwa. Day 1: Hikone and Nagahama. Yaki saba somen (grilled mackerel somen noodles) is delicious.

Japanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) Very rich rice-derived sweet flavor. Freshness is moderate and dry. This is the royal road to deliciousness! I don't see many dry sake in Nagano Prefecture, but the occasional dry sake has a rich, mellow flavor.

#Funabori# SENDAI-YA My favorite liquor store in my neighborhood is not open because of GW 😭. It's not open 😭. The first time I visited this liquor store, wine is the mainstream. The first time I visited the liquor store, wine was the mainstream and there was no sake. The only one I bought was a little sweet, but it was delicious. It's a little sweet, but it's delicious. It was 880 yen for a four-pack... It was served with dinner, and it was indeed sweet, but not too much... and it had a good flavor... It was very cosy 😆😆. It was easy to drink, and it was empty in no time😅😅.

I bought some fire-activated nigori at the co-op because it looked interesting... so much moromi... !!!!! I looked it up and found that there is also active nigoromi... Sorry I only have a picture of it after mixing! I know the nigori in Niidashizenshuu and the nigori in this season's Sasasamune have a lot of moromi, but this is probably even better than that! The impact is amazing! Isn't it about 70-80% of the bottle? What is this? When you drink it... it's thick! As you can see, the rice flavor is coming forward. There is a slight alcohol taste, but it also has a banana smoothie-like flavor that is not too classic, making it easy to drink. It is thick, but if you cool it down and drink it, it is surprisingly easy to drink. In any case, it is quite strong, so it would be good with Chinese dishes with strong flavors. It would be better with Chinese food that has a strong flavor, such as stewed eggplant, grilled fish, or simmered dishes, as the richness of the sake would drown it out. I think I'll try it with Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd sauce. LOL! Thankfully, it is fire-roasted, so you can drink it slowly and leisurely over several days. It doesn't lose its flavor and is very useful when the food has a strong taste.

Names of places I will never forget in my life. To name a few, the name of one of them. It's an old man's prerogative to bemoan the fact that personal impressions are being passed around, but he doesn't care to understand the background behind them. Yes, it's my opinion of alcohol. This is the taste at a restaurant I haven't seen in a while. It is a drink that seems to be a bad idea for people who don't drink sake, and it stirs the imagination of a drunken old man to think that he remembered it. The spiciness of the taste is a little bit sly, but the old-fashioned taste will not deceive you. If you read between the lines of the terrible writing, it is delicious. I don't want to say that it is a leap of faith, but it is an excellent drink to drink with a sense of everyday life and a sense of balance. Noshiro, for the generation that played a certain sport, it is special, and I feel old, and I was able to drink a delicious drink, today. Thank you for being here today.

Sake from a sake brewery in the northern part of the prefecture, located in the famous production area of Hachitan-Nishiki, Hiroshima's representative sake rice. The brewery has been working on it since the rice was first produced. The name of the sake is "Miwa Sakura" instead of "Miwa Zakura," which I had been misreading for a long time. It is said to be dry, but the quality of the sake is relatively soft. It has a nice sharp aftertaste and is easy to drink. It is quite my favorite 😋. I had it cold, but I think it can also be served warm.

The second glass was Miwazakura, a local sake from Miyoshi. This one was easy to drink, light and gentle with a touch of sweetness 🍶. When I come to a travel destination, I like to drink this kind of sake which is hard to find in Osaka 😆.

The sake I chose when I returned home for Obon was Gold Junmai Daiginjo by Popular Sake Brewery. This sake brewery is very particular about the traditional method of making sake, and everything is made in wooden vats. It is a junmai daiginjo that is polished to 50%, so there is no cloying taste at all ✨It starts with an elegant sweetness and rice flavor, with the aroma of the wooden vat and a slight bitterness at the end. Delicious 😊.

Clean and easy to drink. It has a lychee-like aroma and a banana-like sweetness. It's dry on the throat, but you can feel the sourness and sweetness. I personally like it better when the temperature rises a little and it's closer to room temperature.

This is the last Maikaze series for this year. It's been quite a while, but we'll be having "Mt. Haruna" for the last time! When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a relaxing sweet aroma. It has a peachy aroma. It also has a slightly banana-like flavor. The palate is smooth, as is typical of Gunma sake, with a slight sweetness that is typical of "Maifu" and a nice astringent taste that plays an active role in the background! The astringency also gives it a mineral taste, which I personally feel is similar to the "Tenpyo Junmai" that I drank before👍. In the latter half, the astringency becomes the main taste, which reminds me of grapefruit. It melts away at the end, so it goes down smoothly! I've enjoyed many Maikaze series this year, including "Akagisan"✨I'm looking forward to next year!

It has a sweet taste, but it is dry when you swallow it. Perhaps it is because I drink it while watching sumo wrestling, but Yamae-nishiki seems to be the name of a wrestler. bamboo shoots boiled, sliced, fermented, dried or preserved in salt, then soaked in hot water and sea salt 14 Junmai Juju-kirekuchi Yellow in color. When cooled, it has a habit of lactic acidity and aged aroma. Warmed. The nose has a woody, savory aroma. It has a fruity and gentle sweetness as well as a sense of rice. A little sour. Numb, sharp and delicious. 15 Chouji Junmai Ginjo Kinmon Nishiki Ajiginjo Slightly pear aroma. Ume. Soft, subtle sweetness and a refreshing citrus-like feeling. A little bitterness at the end. It has been a year since it was made, but I think it's good. The sake is named "Shigetu" after the sake brewer Takeshige and the toji Shigeta. The toji explained this to us when he opened the brewery in the past. SAKE Country Tourism Achievement Prizes. The third prize is from the Takeju Sake Brewery in Saku.
