Rice used is unknown There is a bunch! It has a very "Yamahaku" feeling. The sense of maturity is also there. The taste is dry, but the sweetness is spreading on the tongue. The sharpness is not bad either. As the temperature rises, it becomes milder. This type of sake tastes better when it is not too cold.

All of them are Junmai (pure rice) made by Ozaki Shuzo. They were all dry, but I think I like the Pacific the best.

Names of places I will never forget in my life. To name a few, the name of one of them. It's an old man's prerogative to bemoan the fact that personal impressions are being passed around, but he doesn't care to understand the background behind them. Yes, it's my opinion of alcohol. This is the taste at a restaurant I haven't seen in a while. It is a drink that seems to be a bad idea for people who don't drink sake, and it stirs the imagination of a drunken old man to think that he remembered it. The spiciness of the taste is a little bit sly, but the old-fashioned taste will not deceive you. If you read between the lines of the terrible writing, it is delicious. I don't want to say that it is a leap of faith, but it is an excellent drink to drink with a sense of everyday life and a sense of balance. Noshiro, for the generation that played a certain sport, it is special, and I feel old, and I was able to drink a delicious drink, today. Thank you for being here today.

Mellow sake. It has little sweetness, but it is juicy and fruity, with a concentrated umami flavor and a strong sake taste! This is my favorite kind of sake. It is indeed an Akita sake!

A work colleague gave it to me as a souvenir from a trip to Nagano. My first bite was "much sweeter than I expected"! It's not fruity, but more like a smooth and sweet taste. It is delicious and smooth on the palate! The sweetness is followed by a slight sourness and bitterness. At 300ml, I think it will be gone in a day, but I'll leave it for a few days. I'm lucky to get this level of sake as a souvenir!

A cup of sake with a jacket as dazzling as the sky in the season of green leaves 🍶😊. Slightly cloudy appearance, Fruity aroma. The label says, "Please drink chilled at 5-10℃." It is soft and easy to drink on the palate 😙🍶💕. It is soft and easy to drink, and the light flavor from the slight sibi sibi goes well with everything. I recommend this affordable sake for everyone 🍶. Thank you for the treat 😋😋.

The sake I chose when I returned home for Obon was Gold Junmai Daiginjo by Popular Sake Brewery. This sake brewery is very particular about the traditional method of making sake, and everything is made in wooden vats. It is a junmai daiginjo that is polished to 50%, so there is no cloying taste at all ✨It starts with an elegant sweetness and rice flavor, with the aroma of the wooden vat and a slight bitterness at the end. Delicious 😊.

Clean and easy to drink. It has a lychee-like aroma and a banana-like sweetness. It's dry on the throat, but you can feel the sourness and sweetness. I personally like it better when the temperature rises a little and it's closer to room temperature.

The ultimate muddy! 100%, no, 120% muddy. It was my first time! I twisted the lid and thought it wouldn't blow out, but when I let my guard down, it started to blow out and I hurried to close it. I spilled a little bit. I decided to think it was an angel share. It wasn't, but.., I poured it into a glass, and it was a sludge. I wondered if there was any top liquid in Shirakawa-go and Hida. I am happy to see that there is no top clear water in Hida. In the mouth, a good sense of heaviness. Very satisfied! The taste is, of course, gorigo nigori! So it is delicious,

This Sake is light, clean and dry. There is a cucumber flavor that I found hard to detect because of the broiled saba I was eating. 😛

The appearance is transparent and pale crystal silver. The nose is gorgeous and full, with hints of pear, banana, and acacia. There is a freshness of green bamboo, lime minerality, mushroom and chestnut aroma, and sour cream fermentation. The first impression on the palate is rather strong, with plump sweetness, round and firm acidity, and full-bodied bitterness. The aftertaste is rather long.

It is a home brewed sake, and the rice used to make it is grown in Okayama Prefecture. It has a rice polishing ratio of 50%, a sake degree of +1.0, and an undisclosed acidity level. It was clear in color, slightly thickened, refreshing, and fresh from the rice.

This is the last Maikaze series for this year. It's been quite a while, but we'll be having "Mt. Haruna" for the last time! When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a relaxing sweet aroma. It has a peachy aroma. It also has a slightly banana-like flavor. The palate is smooth, as is typical of Gunma sake, with a slight sweetness that is typical of "Maifu" and a nice astringent taste that plays an active role in the background! The astringency also gives it a mineral taste, which I personally feel is similar to the "Tenpyo Junmai" that I drank before👍. In the latter half, the astringency becomes the main taste, which reminds me of grapefruit. It melts away at the end, so it goes down smoothly! I've enjoyed many Maikaze series this year, including "Akagisan"✨I'm looking forward to next year!
