profile iconSweet apple aroma. When you taste it, the aroma is mild and sweet-sourness glides through your mouth. It is fresh and juicy with a slight rice flavor. It is rather strong among the summer sakes we have had recently. It is delicious on its own. I want to drink it again. Onigai, Shinbashi Building

profile iconMy wife was in a good mood and got me two bottles of sake 😆. Today we chose Ozeyuki Omachi😘. Then open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is fruity and the taste is fruity too, but the sweetness and umami that is typical of Omachi makes it refreshing and easy to drink 🍶 Even if you drink it with pizza🍕 and salami, the oiliness is gone and you can eat and drink endlessly 🤣www Half the bottle is gone before I know it 💦. I'm getting good and ready to go to bed 🤔?

profile iconThis is a bottle I bought on a trip to Kyushu along with a bottle of sansho. Buying a bottle of sake on a trip is fun because it seems to test the overall strength of my sake experience. This time it seemed to be a winner. And I have a feeling that I hit the jackpot. I'll check again tomorrow.

profile iconTime is up, but here is the second bottle for the welcome party! Manjukagami, the department head's favorite! Following the black bottle at the previous farewell party, this time he brought a white bottle. The aroma was slightly fruity. The mouthfeel is clean and fruity, with a fragrant aftertaste. The bitter aftertaste is crisp and bitter. This bitterness reminds us that it is alsobe. This deretsun-like sensation is addictive! Thanks for the treat!

profile iconI found Masukagami in the neighborhood (in Kamo city) of the liquor store I stopped by last week when I went shopping in Niigata (Echino Yukitsubaki is also in the neighborhood). Of course, the liquor store also had Muskagami, so I bought it. It is fresh on the palate, and the umami and karami rush in with a bang. It retains the Niigata sake flavor, while at the same time it has a modern feel. No wonder it was so popular at the Sake-no-jin.
Japanese>English
profile iconIt retains the sweetness of Manjukagami, but is clean because it is 40% polished. The taste is full of Genki, which is unique to the original sake. It was a sake that you could drink as much as you wanted because it had a nice sharpness.

profile iconThis is the third bottle I am receiving to support Ishikawa Prefecture, albeit a small one. For this sake, which I picked up at the Ishikawa antenna store in front of Tokyo Station that has been featured on TV a lot lately, 100 yen will be donated to Ishikawa Prefecture and 100 yen will be donated to the Ishikawa Sake Brewers Association 😊. I think I saw somewhere that it is recommended to be heated or room temperature, so I had it lukewarm to top warm 😎. When poured, it has a slight yellow tinge. The aroma is like sweet and spicy. The acidity jumps in. As I gulp it down, I get a spicy taste 😳 at the back of my throat. When I regained my composure and took my time to taste it, the weak sweet and sourness was followed by an astringent taste, which was then followed by a savory taste that spread out and the savory taste left my nose 😁 with a lingering astringent taste in the center of my tongue 😏. On the second day, the acidity became more assertive, and both the savory and sweet flavors became clearer. The sweetness is like thin ice sugar. The astringency appears in the center of the tongue when drinking slowly, and in the back of the throat when drinking in gulps. The assertion is still more pronounced than on the first day.
