At the Hakurei Sake Brewery booth, we were allowed to compare the Vivid series. This is the best part of the tasting event😋. Blue, green, and red, all delicious and interesting. I had a short chat with the brewery owner as well, as I had visited there before. Personally, I prefer the sweet red.

Good evening, I'll have your first series of Shinrai ⚡️ from Hiroshima 🙌 Jinrai Junmai Senbon Nishiki Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake 2023BY✨ It's been a while since I've had a Senbon Nishiki sake. The aroma is mainly banana yogurt with floral nectar, greenish pear, acidity and alcohol, which I like very much. The sweetness and acidity of the banana yogurt spreads quickly in the mouth, followed by the bitterness and spiciness of the pure rice from the sake, making it so easy to drink without feeling the high alcohol content 😋😋😋😋. It's like drinking a higher alcohol Sentori Classic and I like it very much 😊.

The end of the month when I was summoned to the head office and given a tough job. This year is going to be a tough year at work. Work aside, I went out for a drink with the head office staff. Hiroshima's Shinrai is my favorite brand. I remember how surprised I was when I drank it for the first time. I thought it would be a "Shinsei" sake with a wooden cask for sake making, but it is not at all. But it's not at all. The yeast is different, of course. It tastes delicious. It has a yogurt flavor, but it matches well with the wooden vat. It was a drink that made me say, "Wow!

We wander around and enter a tavern we find. The restaurant has a nice view of the quiet sea and the mountainous nightscape from the seats. The sashimi was sea bream! Sake was, of course, locally brewed! This is my first time to try "Kamirai". It goes well with sea bream sashimi! It was like being struck by lightning! I love traveling.

This sake was given to us by a visitor to Kobayashi Sake Brewery in Niigata, which is famous for its signature Akita dog. It is slightly sweet and has a subtle rice flavor, and although it was made in December 2010, it does not have an aged feel and is refreshing and easy to drink. It has a slight peach and lactic acid flavor. I think it is one of the most delicious alcoholic sake.

Outside drinking. Ordered by the impact of the name. When poured, it smells moist and sweet. The taste is as expected (?). The sweetness is strong. When tasted, it has the flavor of rice. There is a slight astringency in the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is clean, with a watery sensation and a nice clean finish. There is a distinctive sweet aroma. It is a mellow, sweet sake, and you can sense the careful craftsmanship. Later I looked it up and found the word "Toyobai" 😳. I didn't realize it was so 😚.

Today is Nouveau Akanesaso: ‼️ I don't remember if this is my first time drinking it. Maybe for the first time. This is mellow, fresh and delicious 😋. At home. First time in Saitama. I couldn't find Saitama easily, so I searched by the name of the prefecture and finally found it. The aroma is grainy and nutty.
