National Sake Fair 2025 Day 2 part75 Gunma 6 Mr. Takai in Fujioka City! I think they had closed their brewery for some reasons and were shipping out their stock, but I saw on SNS that they have started brewing again. I see that they have also released a draft sake. I drank a bottle of nama sake about 4 years ago when the warehouse was already closed, so it was a slightly matured one. Polishing ratio 55%, domestic rice, 15 degrees, Sake degree +2, Acidity 1.6, 1401 yeast? 1747 yen I thought it would be matured, so I was disappointed with its clean taste and no sense of maturity😅. I wonder if there are any liquor stores far from Takatsuki station or south of Kyoto station 🤔.

A Drink to Remember Series (5) In the early summer of 2015, I planned to take my car on a ferry to Wakkanai, Hokkaido, and when I arrived safely in Wakkanai, I had a drink at a yakitori restaurant for the first time in my life 🍶. The memory reminds me of the faint muscat-like aroma and sharp sharp sharpness 😋. It is a versatile sake that also makes it delicious! I once thought that Kichiemon Nakamura was a great sake because my brother is a Kabuki fanatic, and this sake may have the same weight. If it's a regular sake, I imagine it would be a Junmai sake, and it would be a very bad one at that! I would definitely like to try the junmai sake! Mr. Ota is in Shinjuku! Mr. Ota went to a sake bar in Shinjuku, where the sake was delicious, and to Robeliya, a very deep bar in Shinjuku's Golden Gai. A 30-minute broadcast in two bars is too short!

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka ③. Ichinomiya Sake Brewery of Iwami Ginzan and Rika. I had bought Yukika at Hanshin Department Store in Amagasaki in the past. I found out that it was Mr. Rika, the toji (master brewer), who was standing in the store at that time😅. I tasted the following Iwami Ginzan Special Junmai Hiyoshi Oroshi Rika Junmai Ginjo Kaihatanryu Ichitunya TANE Nama-zake Yukika Sparkling None of them left much of an impression on me, but I thought the Yukika was as tasty as ever. It was sweet and strong, like a strong calpis soda. I would like to try it again because Sugidama-san in Kyoto sells Iwami Ginzan.

The one I had at the Japanese sake festival was very subtle so I wanted to make sure 🤔. Fresh and fizzy. It has little sweetness, but the gasiness on top of the bitterness is very nice. I'd like to try the sake made with Kame-no-o that comes out around spring.

Sandesi🍶 I'm not really impressed with the size of this one. And the label says "handmade"... I feel like they are very particular about it 😝. It's a very tangy, crispy, and hardcore taste. I decided to go for the Sandesi after taking various things into consideration, I regret that I should have bought a four-pack bottle. My child said, "That's unusual! The bottle is so small! 🤣. The third picture is Kumamoto Castle which was damaged in the Kumamoto earthquake. Still under restoration. This is the first time I've seen the inside of a stone wall 👀. A colleague of mine brought in this sake. It seems to be a rare sake that is only available through regular purchase. It has a fresh aroma and is very clear and luxurious.
