The restaurant does not seem to be a sake store, but the lineup always draws me in. This time, I ordered "SENKOURI" and this was the sake I ordered. Fresh! But almost no acidity. I was curious about this sake when I saw it on Sake no Wa before. It was given to me as a present by chance. It has a spreading umami and a bitter finish. It was a delicious sake. The "Recommended for you" list has become full of Hokkaido sake 😀.

It is a very good normal sake. It has a sweet and strong flavor, and it is perfect when heated. It has a moderate alcohol content, which is typical of a normal sake. It is a versatile sake that also makes it delicious! I once thought that Kichiemon Nakamura was a great sake because my brother is a Kabuki fanatic, and this sake may have the same weight. If it's a regular sake, I imagine it would be a Junmai sake, and it would be a very bad one at that! I would definitely like to try the junmai sake! Mr. Ota is in Shinjuku! Mr. Ota went to a sake bar in Shinjuku, where the sake was delicious, and to Robeliya, a very deep bar in Shinjuku's Golden Gai. A 30-minute broadcast in two bars is too short!

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka ③. Ichinomiya Sake Brewery of Iwami Ginzan and Rika. I had bought Yukika at Hanshin Department Store in Amagasaki in the past. I found out that it was Mr. Rika, the toji (master brewer), who was standing in the store at that time😅. I tasted the following Iwami Ginzan Special Junmai Hiyoshi Oroshi Rika Junmai Ginjo Kaihatanryu Ichitunya TANE Nama-zake Yukika Sparkling None of them left much of an impression on me, but I thought the Yukika was as tasty as ever. It was sweet and strong, like a strong calpis soda. I would like to try it again because Sugidama-san in Kyoto sells Iwami Ginzan.

This sake was given to us by a visitor to Kobayashi Sake Brewery in Niigata, which is famous for its signature Akita dog. It is slightly sweet and has a subtle rice flavor, and although it was made in December 2010, it does not have an aged feel and is refreshing and easy to drink. It has a slight peach and lactic acid flavor. I think it is one of the most delicious alcoholic sake.

At the Hakurei Sake Brewery booth, we were allowed to compare the Vivid series. This is the best part of the tasting event😋. Blue, green, and red, all delicious and interesting. I had a short chat with the brewery owner as well, as I had visited there before. Personally, I prefer the sweet red.

A Drink to Remember Series (5) In the early summer of 2015, I planned to take my car on a ferry to Wakkanai, Hokkaido, and when I arrived safely in Wakkanai, I had a drink at a yakitori restaurant for the first time in my life 🍶. The memory reminds me of the faint muscat-like aroma and sharp sharp sharpness 😋. The beauty of the label with the brand name, the wish behind the name "Fuyu Hanabi", and the taste of the local sake when you drink it on a trip...it was one of the reasons I became a sake lover 🎵. I still see it at Sake-no-wa from time to time, so I couldn't help but fish it out from old photos 😆. By the way, the picture was taken when I drank it with my family at the New Year's celebration after I returned from my trip. Sande Series (4) Yamagata Sake again 😂. This is Hana Hanyo from Koya Sake Brewery in Okura Village, Yamagata. We've had it in the past, and we also had "Silk" when we visited Shinjo ✨. As for the taste, I didn't really notice the aroma. The sweetness of the graininess spreads a bit on the palate. Overall, it was light, refreshing, and clean 😄. I felt that the sake alone was not enough, but I enjoyed the refreshing taste as a food sake.
