My parents-in-law gave me this sake as a souvenir from Tanba Sasayama. It's a completely unknown brand, so I was very nervous when I opened the bottle. Maybe it's because we've been drinking a lot of autumn sake lately, but it's surprisingly refreshing 😳 You can drink it easily without getting stuck. It has a faint sourness and a spiciness that comes afterwards, and then it goes away quickly. It's a sake made with clean water that goes well with all kinds of food. We enjoyed it with pork kimchi and horse mackerel sashimi. I want to drink it carefully, but it will probably be gone in two days☺️.

I am a sucker for limited editions, so I bought it. The aroma is moderate and the taste is strong. It is dry with a clean aftertaste. I paired it with fried pork and cheese with tomato ketchup. We had it cold. The color is a little yellowish. The aroma is sweet, with a lactic acid-like fermentation aroma of Yamahai. The mouthfeel is smooth, smooth, and heavy. The taste is mild at first, but then the juicy lactic acid acidity is strongly felt, with a burnt caramel-like flavor and a heavy grain-like flavor. The aroma on the nose is softly apricot.
