Our first fall sake is Nara Sake❣️ We will not be having hiyaoroshi sake, but rather a draft sake from over the summer 🙏. It has a matured flavor and fruity taste with a good acidity. This Shinomine is also delicious 😆 and reasonably priced too👍! I hope you all enjoy it too.

The third pink label sake following Takachiyo and Yamamoto Uki Uki is Shinomine Rokumaru (≧∇≦❣️) Since the light nigori version was followed by a clear one, I chose the clear one this time (it has almost the same specs and price as the light nigori version...) This is the first time for me to drink Shinomine made with Akaban Omachi, but it has a slight schwarziness that moderately stimulates the tongue, and the clean sweetness and umami that is typical of Shinomine spreads 🤤.
