profile iconYesterday's report My fourth drink. To be honest, my memory is a bit fuzzy as I was having a lively conversation with the 73 year old man next to me. However, my first impression was that it was delicious. It was a collaboration of Naoetsu fish dishes and local sake. I had a chance to mingle with the young warriors at the karaoke snack bar, and they applauded my poor enka (traditional Japanese ballad). If you go to Sado, you must go to the port of Naoetsu. Let's come back. I promised the calm mama. Niigata Prefecture is long from north to south, so I'm looking forward to today as well, as I'm sure the sake tastes are diverse.

profile iconThe Yae Kubiki series is only available at seven liquor stores in Niigata Prefecture. Pale yellow color with a mild aroma. It has a pungent taste in the mouth and a refreshing aftertaste. It has a sweet taste, but it is refreshing. Went well with grilled fish. 720ml ¥1.800-

profile iconJust by the echoes of the Nebuta, there is also a please-sake, isn't there? I asked him to do so, but he ignored all my requests. So I drank the Momokawa nebuta in loneliness. I don't know what it tasted like, but I deserved it. I'm too drunk 🫣. Well, I don't know about myself, but I seem to be at a level where I can't keep up with both Tokyo and Kansai 😱. He was the only one who saw everything.

profile iconFirst drink 🔰. The owner served this sake at a high school alumni gathering. It is a delicious sake with a full-bodied aroma and a mellow sweetness, yet it has an acidity that makes it crisp and clean. Since it was a group of drinkers, I found myself emptying a bottle after just two drinks. 🤣 I would have liked to drink more 😃. ★★★★☆

profile iconScoring: ☆☆☆☆ The commemorative drink is the first local brand in my life 🍶🤣. Shinmasa? What's that - ́ὼ)? I chose a very minor sake with a feeling of 😁. Do you know Fukunotomo Sake Brewery? It is not in the ranking of Sake-no-wa. But I know they have quite a variety in their fridge at Yamaya in Akita. I've been wondering about it for a while... but this is the right time🤣. Oh, the third picture is from a seafood bowl restaurant in Iwaki, Fukushima, on my way back from a Disney drive 🚗 ❣️ It was cheap and delicious (*´﹃`*) This level of kaisendon for about 1500 yen is awesome👏✨. Now, let's see what you think of the sake. Sake made from Gohyakumangoku with Akita Yukiguni yeast 🍶. Fresh and gorgeous aroma gently wafts through the nose 😆. The sweetness and umami will fill your mouth with a sizzling sensation ‾❣️ But it also has a clear and refreshing sharpness👍. A little bit of lingering sweetness. What the heck 💦. This is better than I thought it would be 😋. Maybe it's because my expectations were low lol I've seen a few reviews on Sake-no-wa and they're pretty high 🤗. The mouthfeel is rich and sweet with a pronounced flavor, and the fine and impressive aftertaste is more ❣️🤣 than I expected. You should all try it too 🙂. I bet you can buy it in Akita🐸 lol

profile iconSake brewed by Akita Fukunotomo Sake Brewery. We even found a sake kawashi. Harusagi" is a luxurious junmai ginjo dry nigori sake. It has a thick texture and a fresh, full-bodied rice flavor that accentuates the character of seasonal dishes. It is a tantalizing taste that makes both food and sake go down a treat. Sake Brewer : Fukunotomo Shuzo K.K. (Daisen City) Alcohol content: 16%. Rice Source : Domestic rice Rice polishing ratio: 60 Sake degree: +4.0 Acidity : 1.1 Amino Acid : 1.5 Price : 720ml 1,815 yen (tax included) (My impression after drinking it) It is a solid nigori sake. Although it is a junmai ginjo, there is no ginjo aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a bit of a buzz on your tongue and taste a fruity flavor. It tastes like grapefruit and is clean and crisp. The moderate acidity lingers in the throat for a long time.

profile iconI went to the Ayu Masamune Fair starting today. I ordered a very limited set of sake to compare. Junmai Daiginjyo Nama Sake "Ayu" is indeed a junmai daiginjo, and I can only describe it as delicious. It has a mellow mouthfeel, mild flavor, and a bit of acidity. The next sake, unfiltered junmai nama sake "AYUMASAMUNE" is as delicious as the jun Dai. It is mellow, acidic and full-bodied, with the difference being the junmai's lack of over-polishing. Then there was the junmai nigori sake "Sakororo," an alcoholic amazake with a refreshingly sour taste. Of course it was delicious. Finally, I ordered a separate Junmai Ginjo "Hatsuayu" that I wanted to try from the standard set. It was both sweet and sour, and had a refreshing taste like a junmai ginjo. After that, we visited Hankyu Umeda, Hanshin Umeda, Daimaru Umeda, Yamanaka Sake no Eki Marche, and also visited Edion Sake Store and Sake no Yamamoto! Whity's Niigata Okome had a lineup of Sake-no-jin limited edition junmai and junmai spring-fermented sake. I would have brought him home if I had less stock at home....

profile iconThe name is after the Kirin Castle built in Tsugawa, Aga Town, where the brewery is located. Why are there two phoenixes drawn on the kirin? It has a floral, floral aroma, and is it dry? It is a mellow sake with a sweetness that is in harmony with the sweetness, and has a delicious flavor that makes you want to drink it. This is the 500,000,000 7th bottle of the one-cup, one-pack festival.
