Kita Shuzo MIYOGIKU Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Shuzake This brewery is located in Kashihara City, Nara Prefecture. The sake rice is "Rohafu" produced in Nara Prefecture. The yeast is "Yamanokami" also from Nara Prefecture. Slightly sweet aroma and soft taste. The harmony between the acidity and the umami of the rice is good. #Japanese Sake

@Tachi no Miya Miyokiku" is a standing bar located at the ticket gate of Kashihara Jingu-mae Station. They changed the name to hiragana because some people call it "Miyogiku" or "Shirokiku". It is under the direct management of Kita Sake Brewery, and they only carry sake from this brewery. The sake is easy to drink and has no peculiarities. Thank you very much.

I had an image of junmai sake as being smooth and lacking in punch. I had an image of junmai sake as being dry and lacking punch, but this one had a ginjo aroma and was delicious. It was delicious. It also had a slightly carbonated taste, so it wasn't too bitter. A bottle was gone in no time... Is that always the case...

Assamblage2 Brilliant! The lightest, with a strong minerality. Green bamboo, chervil Green melon flesh Surprisingly gentle acidity. Medium length on the palate? Assamblage3 Flamboyant but a little strong? Ripe apple, pear, quince Slightly high acidity Slightly long aftertaste Assamblage4 More rice flavor than 3? Fruit: yellow peach, pineapple? Slightly greenish, with orangey melon-like pulp. Acidity may be higher in Assamblage3. The flavor of rice is well expressed in the flavor.

This sake is a blend of five different koji sake. It is said to have been blended from the beginning with the aim of making it better. The taste changes depending on the temperature range, and it seems to be a sake that can be matched with quite a variety of things. Stores where you can buy it are limited. Chidori Masamune is a Japanese sake from Sanda City! It is packed with umami, and although brewer's alcohol is added, the lingering aftertaste is amazing! Even when heated, the flavor is outstanding, and it is the best of the best!

Salmon Monogatari in Kansai ③. Chidori Masamune is a sake that is rarely available in Hyogo unless you go to the brewery. The head brewer of the brewery was there. The previous and current brewer are both graduates of Tokyo University of Agriculture, so they also produce red rice sake. The rice is also grown in the company's own terroir. The sake is pressed by the Yaegaki method, not the Yabuta method. We drank Mita Ichi Junmai Namaishu I thought it would be a classic type, but it had a nice aroma and was quite sweet. It was sweeter than the Mita Shibori I drank before and I liked it. Mita Mita Fukuda Junmai Daiginjo It has a classical taste with a strong graininess. It is not like a daiginjo and is not very subtle... There were people waiting behind me, so I couldn't talk much with them, but when I asked them if Hamadaya carried it, they replied, "Yes, Hamadaya does. I said, "Wow! I got a great reaction from him. He said that for some reason, they carry it there 🤣why is that 😅?

Almost no standing aroma. It is easy to drink with a slightly strong apple and apricot acidity. I drank it cold, but it would go well with warmed sake as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Buy it at a direct sales place

Aomori souvenir from my wife's mother. It seems that she scrambled to find Tasake. But it seems that all of them were wiped out. Thank you very much. Of course, it was the first time for me to try this brand, and with all due respect, I had never heard of it. I opened the bottle with anticipation and apprehension. The aroma of ginjo is faint. In the mouth, there is a slight sweetness with acidity and bitterness. There is almost no aftertaste and the taste is refreshing. It is a food sake type of sake. I had imagined it to be a classic dry sake, It has an unexpected taste.

Eldest son and his girlfriend dine at our house, continued Surprisingly, my eldest son's girlfriend drinks, so what's next for Masumi? The orthodox and delicious one? A slightly unique one? I asked her, and she answered, "The unique one. Whether it is actually unique or not is another question, Next is Miyamakikiku Limited Edition Red Sake! I bought this at Takashimaya in Nagoya on my way back from a business trip to Gifu in the first half of last GW. The brewer was selling sake tasting at the store. Sake around here, you can't tell the difference at all from the back 😦. The guy at the store said that it is not open to the public and you have to drink it. After tasting 4 kinds (red, blue, purple, and junmai), I thought the red was the most typical of this sake and brought it back to my house! When you drink it, it has a strong flavor and 19% alcohol. It is dark and tastes like rice. But it's not that strong, so it's a dangerous one that you can drink more and more! But my son's girlfriend really drinks a lot.

Hamamatsu Arigatamaidai ## My preconceived notion when I saw the label was fresh! The taste is... The taste is surprisingly robust. The aroma after opening the bottle was slightly sweet 🤔. I think it's sweet and goes well with all kinds of snacks😅.

After a long week of work, it's time to relax with some sake ✨Taste the unknown sake at SAKEPOST 👍. The aroma of this Koshino Hatsubai was not so strong, but the taste in the mouth was mild and free of any unpleasant flavors. It has a mild taste with no cloying taste on the palate and a refreshing taste down the throat 🍶. I would like to drink more than just one glass of this sake.

Nishibori Aka Foil Short-stalked Watabune, reduced agrochemical rice sake, ginjo-non-filtered raw sake, jozo alcohol I personally like these labels. Many people who are not familiar with "Nishibori" may know the brand name of "Monsai Huzue". This is my first time drinking Nishibori, and it is delicious. It is a sake with a good flavor and sharpness. Short-stalked boat" is the parent of Yamada-Nishiki, a precious rice that has been revived in the modern age. I have not yet fully understood the characteristics of the taste, but I have the impression that it is lighter than Yamada. There is not much information about Nishibori on the Internet, so it may be that only a small amount is produced. Rating 4.1 (out of 5.0) 20230421

I was really curious about this one that some people mentioned in the March Kansai Off-line Meeting report (‼️). I was looking for a liquor store that sold this sake, and I found one in the city of Utsunomiya 👍Kotori-San happened to stop by that liquor store on the Tochigi Citizen's Line and I asked him about Nishibori, and he said they sell it, so I asked Nobby to rush over to the store 😊. So I asked Nobby to come over 😊. I checked out the sakewa and found out what everyone thought of it 🤔, and they all praised it highly, saying it was "mildly gorgeous and has a nice sweetness😊It left the strongest impression on them😊And everyone was talking about their love for Tochigi🥰, which made me happy again 🥹. I will make love to you with all my heart Yes, it's a good thing I'm not a fan of Tochigi! The sweet aroma heightens my anticipation! I'm so happy to hear that 🜂! This is delicious 😚 This sweetness is not too much and Nobby also enjoyed drinking it! I thought that a glass of this outside would certainly have a strong impact on people in the Kansai region 😊. It's too thick at 17 degrees to drink all at once😅I drank half of it and switched to the next one! I had the rest on Sunday and it was as good as ever👍 I love Tochigi 🥰, nurtured in Kansai.

[Fukui Spring New Sake Festival (6) Next, visitors can enjoy a glass of sake from their own local brewery. Hanashoku Junmai Daiginjo Betsuatsurae The aroma is like grapes with a hint of sourness, the mouthfeel is clean and sweet with a pleasant aftertaste, and there is a lingering bitterness in the back of the throat. I bought some salted sea urchin, which is a perfect match for sake, but is usually hard to find. The taste was so agonizing that it made me want to drink more sake. I think if I recommend [salted sea urchin] to people outside of the prefecture, they will be puzzled how to eat it 🤔.

It is recommended to be warmed up from room temperature, so I warmed it up a little and drank it. It was easy to drink, with a strong sense of umami and a quick kick. Overall, it has a soft flavor that goes well with cold winter meals.
