Hamamatsu Arigatamaidai ## My preconceived notion when I saw the label was fresh! The taste is... The taste is surprisingly robust. The aroma after opening the bottle was slightly sweet 🤔. I think it's sweet and goes well with all kinds of snacks😅.

At the return home. Junmai sake from a local brewery, Takai Shuzo's "Koshinohatsubai". A rare and true gem among spring wild plants, Ki no Mame. It is served with the yolk of an egg. November 6, 2020. Drinking dinner at home. I bought it as soon as I saw it on sale at the supermarket in my neighborhood. This is a very good wine. It has a gorgeous scent like an apple. and very easy to drink. It's delicious.

. Niigata Sake No.3 (last) A bottle of "Senki no Ippon" (a bottle of sake for a special occasion) received as a souvenir from Niigata. It is named after the head brewer of the Shirotaki Sake Brewery in Kouzenjosui. The color is clear and colorless. The aroma is full of fruity melon! The taste is a concentrated sweetness of rice, The taste is sweet, but not cloying at all, The taste is sweet and sweet, but not cloying at all. Tamura's Ginga Ginga was purchased at a social event with breweries from the three prefectures of Tokyo held at the Tokyo Kotsu Kaikan on the 26th. It has a full-bodied aroma like mushrooms. Purchased at the sake department of Ropia in Hirosaki. Surprisingly, there are no liquor stores or supermarkets around Hirosaki Station, which is a problem if you want to buy local sake as a souvenir. The aroma is wonderful. The taste is light, with a soft, unrefined sweetness, a bit of bitterness, and a touch of sourness. It is not too strong in character, so it can be drunk as a mid-meal sake and will not interfere with a meal. It is a good match with light snacks such as yakko, since it was completely defeated when drunk with Akita's Iburi Gakko.

It's Adohadari in Kamekichi 🐢. Please ask chika what "Ado Hadari" means 😊 lol The top aroma is slightly fruity.
