Hamamatsu Arigatamaidai ## My preconceived notion when I saw the label was fresh! The taste is... The taste is surprisingly robust. The aroma after opening the bottle was slightly sweet 🤔. I think it's sweet and goes well with all kinds of snacks😅.

At the return home. Junmai sake from a local brewery, Takai Shuzo's "Koshinohatsubai". A rare and true gem among spring wild plants, Ki no Mame. It is served with the yolk of an egg. The light and refreshing local sake goes well with this dish, and it is blissful.

Our annual sake party 😁 today with three of us 🌸. My friend brought me this sake from Naito Brewery in Sobue, Aichi👍. It's very light and easy to drink. It has a dry throat, but not too much acidity, and you can taste the flavor😋. It's a great sake to drink with two great drinkers and it's easy to drink like water😝.
