This is also our first time to visit this brewery. I'm glad to see that they have a lot of unpasteurized sake. I completely forgot about the bad things at work and went into drinking mode. Just like the label on the back, this sake has a lot of flavor, but it's not heavy. Even though it was nigori, it didn't feel sloppy. It was an easy to drink sake.

Today's sake was Kinkan Kuromatsu from the hometown tax return gift from Iwakuni, which we received yesterday 😀 It is a junmai sake, so it didn't have much aroma, but the taste of the rice was very good. It is a junmai sake, which means that the aroma is not too strong and the taste of the rice can be felt well 😀. It was an easy sake to pair with a meal without feeling too much alcohol 😀. Tomorrow, Kaorin and I are going to a Yamaguchi sake event in Kitahama, Osaka 😇. There are many Yamaguchi sake that I like, so I'm looking forward to it 😇.

@Hangetsuan Rice used is something like Saito no Shizuku. It is an orthodox junmai sake, but it suited your meal. A sake brewery in Shiwa-machi, Shiwa-gun, Iwate Prefecture, the birthplace of the Nanbu Touji clan. The oldest sake brewery in Iwate, Azumamine Sake Brewery. Founded in 1684, which means... Edo period (@_@) I admire the continuous efforts and wisdom of the people who have kept this taste and this brewery alive since time immemorial. That is why we can enjoy this taste now. Continuing our night in Omiya This restaurant serves delicious fish, so we had sashimi, grilled sardines, grilled sea bream, stewed summer vegetables, and more 😋 The price is a bit expensive, but it was a nice and lively restaurant 😅🤗. My son ordered a parfait😄We looked at the menu and thought we would have a glass of champagne, but the bottle seemed more economical than a glass, so we ordered a bottle 🍾. The waiter opened the bottle and put it on the table! We were a little bit surprised when the waiter opened the bottle in front of our table and put it on the table 😅. Just a bunch of drinkers who love oysters and sake 😊I had been wanting to go to a restaurant in Fuchu with Nochi-san and Yuka-chan and we started drinking early on a Saturday. We had a great time, but it wasn't much, as we split one cup of sake between the three of us and drank 10 cups. The oysters were as good as their reputation, and since oysters are also drinks, I wonder how many drinks we drank 🧐. I've already introduced you to Imadaiji🦪, which Yucachin brought, so I'll go with this one, which was delicious and memorable. It is sold at Koyama Sake Shop in Azumamine. It's sweet and tasty and perfect for my taste, so I had to have another one. I also had another glass of Kariho's Oyster Lovers Rock, which was written to go well with oysters, so that's 8 pictures but 10 glasses. Igarashi sake is also delicious, and the first Sen was delicious and went well with the oysters. I also had a bottle of Toyoka, which I drink a lot in Nagano 😊Fukkai and Kagiya were both delicious. We ate and drank as much as we wanted, and even had a conversation with some Osaka people during the course of the meal. A souvenir from a business trip to Niigata. My colleague introduced me to Miyakoya and I bought it. It was a very tasty sake with the beautiful lightness and umami of Niigata. The bonito was also very nice and fatty, so it made for a good dinner.

I was drinking it on 7/1. It is aromatic, fruity, sweet from the rice, and refreshingly delicious. Niigata is a great place after all! My daughter had it with her lunch of seared nodoguro (northern bluefin tuna) 😊My daughter had it with her lunch of hegisoba (buckwheat noodles) and tarekatsu (pork cutlet with sauce) and drank it with takachiyou. Yum! She mumbled like Mr. Purgatory and only gave me a small bite 🤣.

I'm definitely a garlic person when it comes to bonito and I'm going with Matsumori from Ibaraki. It's very refreshing and brings out the flavor of the bonito without interfering with the bonito. I have been enjoying all the sake from Ibaraki lately. Well, I'm a person who likes anything as long as it has alcohol in it... 😇 The fourth picture is shirasu (baby sardine) kakiage. You don't know what shirasu is until you eat it.

Purchased at Nakamura Sake Shop in Toride. The aroma is of a pulpy red type of melon, a bit like a smooth chervil, and the sake lees flavor is not too strong. The taste is heavy, with other elements more noticeable than the smoothness of the raw sake. The alcohol content is 19%, but it is not too strong and punchy. I looked at the production date and found that it was dated 24.11...but it looks like it was released last year. I bought this sake because I wanted to drink a nama-shu, but I guess it was not the right sake for this time of the year when hiyaoroshi sake is distributed. It's normally tasty, but maybe for a cooler time of year. It has a sweetness, but it is not spread out in a mischievous way, and the center of gravity is heavy and cohesive.
