This is the last Maikaze series for this year. It's been quite a while, but we'll be having "Mt. Haruna" for the last time! When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a relaxing sweet aroma. It has a peachy aroma. It also has a slightly banana-like flavor. The palate is smooth, as is typical of Gunma sake, with a slight sweetness that is typical of "Maifu" and a nice astringent taste that plays an active role in the background! The astringency also gives it a mineral taste, which I personally feel is similar to the "Tenpyo Junmai" that I drank before👍. In the latter half, the astringency becomes the main taste, which reminds me of grapefruit. It melts away at the end, so it goes down smoothly! I've enjoyed many Maikaze series this year, including "Akagisan"✨I'm looking forward to next year!

Rice used is Comet The tanks are buried in the snow to mature the sake. It does not have a sense of maturity, but has a round mouthfeel and a crisp finish. It is a good summer sake.

Today I went back to my hometown for the first time in six months. The wife requested to see hydrangeas, so we went to the hydrangea garden and got soaked in sweat 💦. After a delicious meal and bath, we opened a bottle of this sake that the wife liked and purchased at the event. The brewer was easy to talk to and calm, which made a good impression on us. ⭕️ The aroma is fresh and pear-like, and the mouthfeel is clean and refreshing. It has a clean and mellow taste in the mouth, a little dry, and is very easy to drink with a nice sharp taste 😄. It tastes better than usual in the countryside, probably because you are in a completely relaxed mode 😌. The sound of frogs croaking in the background made for a peaceful evening with my husband and wife 🐸. We also bought a bottle of summer sake here which was also delicious 😊.

I saw it on a liquor store's installment and was completely unfamiliar with the brand, so I searched for it on Sake no Wa and found that Greissinger19 was drinking it, so I bought it. Strong gasiness. Dry, clean and sweet. Cider-like with peach and lychee flavors. Lightly sweet as written. The acidity is beautiful and the bitterness at the end is pleasant. A better sake than expected.

@sakebar Fukuzo Osato Sake Brewery is located in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I didn't know about this place until I came to Fukuzo. I checked and there is a Kanbokuto Brewery nearby ✨. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity and juicy sweetness typical of white malted rice. It is followed by a slight astringency that finishes it off. The refreshing acidity is quite delicious.

After getting off the ferry, we went on a bus tour of castles. Since I didn't have a car to drive, I was ready to drink, but the only chance I had to drink was a glass of raw sake at lunch 😂. At the last minute, 5 minutes before the meeting, I found a souvenir shop selling coins and had a drink 🤣 A little sweet, only 30ml, but it was my first Fukuoka sake and it filled up the map 😁. First time drinking outside in a while, and the second drink was ayu - ‼️ This was also the first time I had this. The aroma is gorgeous and the sweetness and acidity are well balanced. I thought that ayu (sweetfish) was the ultimate in dryness, but it was easy to drink and I liked it.

This is the first time to drink this brand❗️ This sake is sold at a limited number of stores❗️ The only place to buy it is from the liquor store that was involved in making the rice. Ponshukan Nagaoka Station Store drinking groupie 8th cup. I wanted to try a strong dry sake, so I chose Kashiwa Dew. I thought it would be okay because I am used to drinking Sanzenmori, but I didn't feel it was that spicy despite its high alcohol content. It did have a cheese-like sourness, but it was not strong. I would have understood if I had drunk it first. I still have some more sake to drink, so I bought some coins.

Kansai Sake-new year party ㉔ After a short cab ride, we went to Chuin-san, familiar to us from Aladdin-san's post. Inokashira, a sake I had never heard of until now😅. The rice used is Hitogokochi. I think it was fresh, fruity and gently sweet 🤔.
