Brewed by Sakata Fermentation in Sakata, Yamagata Michinoku Yamagata Doburoku, limited edition of fragrant gin doburoku My favorite Sakata Fermentation 😆 This time, we have a new product, "Aroma Gin Dobu", which was not available before. This time it was "Aroma Gin Dobu" which was very rare! First of all, I drank only the supernatant. What a great taste! It's gassy and full of sweetness and umami 😆. Then I mixed it and drank it as doburoku. I knew it was a stable Sakata Fermentation 😆. It's so good backslash! Gorgeous aroma and gaseous taste and the super flavor of the rice It's an excellent harmony 😂.

CWS. I've been interested in Shiro-Ko for a while, so I bought it at Edion along with the Tazake zodiac label. Low alcohol. The aroma has a strong alcohol smell. Slightly effervescent and gentle on the palate. Slightly sweet and slightly sour. Mineral taste. It disappears and disappears quickly. As it says, you can drink it forever.

［Fukui Spring New Sake Festival (6) Next, visitors can enjoy a glass of sake from their own local brewery. Hanashoku Junmai Daiginjo Betsuatsurae The aroma is like grapes with a hint of sourness, the mouthfeel is clean and sweet with a pleasant aftertaste, and there is a lingering bitterness in the back of the throat. I bought some salted sea urchin, which is a perfect match for sake, but is usually hard to find. The taste was so agonizing that it made me want to drink more sake. I think if I recommend [salted sea urchin] to people outside of the prefecture, they will be puzzled how to eat it 🤔.

This month we had a lot of drinking outside, so it's been a while since I've had a drink at home! I got a bottle of summer sake "Kashoku", which is rarely seen even in my hometown, because there was some left at the liquor store! The mouthfeel is sweet with a refreshing acidity, and the mellow aroma lingers until the end. It seems that more emphasis is placed on the mellow aroma than on the refreshing taste! Enjoy cheap sushi at Totoro, a popular standing sushi bar under the elevated railway tracks of Himeji Station. Although it is a stand-up style sushi bar, there is always a long line of customers because of the high quality of the food. Since I was there, I asked for a local sake, Yaegaki. It was not sweet, but it was not dry either. It was about medium spicy. I am not talking about curry. I had it cold, but I feel it is all-around good at room temperature or hot. It's great for a kotteri type of stuff.

Yesterday, I went to my favorite izakaya "我" ♡♡♡. I drank a variety of drinks in the all-you-can-drink 1 hour 1500 yen (*^^*) It was crowded, so I couldn't order at a high pitch, so I could only drink 9 kinds out of the 20 or so available...(-_-...) The 6th drink was "Miho". Oroku" and "Gassan" are the most famous sake from Shimane, so I haven't had many of the others. It has a strong sense of rice, but it's not mellow or fruity. Souvenirs from Shinshin SY Among several souvenirs, I chose this one intuitively by looking at the label. He brought three four-packs of sake as a souvenir, which is a generous gesture for a business traveler who travels all over the country. I would never have been able to do such a thing with my own pocketbook. When I pour it into the cup, it is more yellow than I expected! Is this a matured type? The aroma is slightly fruity, but has a bitter, mature aroma. The mouthfeel is crisp and dry, with a light sweetness and bitterness, and a moderate umami, but the maturing aroma in the aftertaste is unique. The light sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste are quite a tricky thing to pull off. This strange taste is not one of my favorites, but it is something that makes me want to drink it again. It reminds me of that strange feeling I had in junior high school when I used to prank cigarettes behind my back. It's a treat!

郡山出張のお土産2本目。今回は会津はスルーして、郡山の渡辺酒造本店のお酒をチョイス。地元向けの御神酒酒屋が元らしい。そう言われると昔地元の神社の初詣で味わった御神酒っぽい味がする🤭 冷やすとスッキリ過ぎて物足りない。燗にするとお米のコクと甘さが少し出てくるけど、基本はすーっと呑める苦酸。温度上げた方が美味しくなる。鍋とか温かい和食に合わせたい味。

I am so grateful to the railroad company for keeping the local line running! I'm opening another bottle today😍. My first Miyazaki sake. Everyone says Miyazaki is hard to get, so I popped in 🤣 I ordered it with Jidori Koko 👍. It's a bit sweet, but not too sweet. It has a modern umami taste, similar to a brand I've had before like Tsushima-ya 😋 It's quite refreshing and the sharpness disappears quickly 😋 It seems to be the only brewery in Miyazaki that specializes in sake 😋 It's delicious - thanks for making sake 😂.

Refreshing drink with little lingering aftertaste. 😋 A lightly flavored umami type, or perhaps an 🏠. Not much umami or bitterness lingering on the tongue. Easy to drink but needs one more punch😅. It has an old fashioned taste but with a modern drinking style😋. Quite a tasty sake😋. Tonight I'm having seafood nabe with oysters, cod and scallops 🎵👍
