The sake rice is Gin-no-sato, developed by the National Institute of Agrobiological Sciences for western Japan. This is the third bottle of sake rice research. We were careful to open the bottle. I'd like to drink some sake. Here you go. You can get the first 180 ml for 540 yen. Sake with a firm and thick flavor. It is just right for a little drink. It may seem expensive, but it's just right for me, as I think it's a bit expensive to buy a whole bottle. (I tend to drink too much.) It is 17 degrees Celsius, so be careful. A bottle is fine, but it is perfect for those who don't want to drink too much and just want to drink a little. I recommend drinking it completely cold.

☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. I found an undrinkable Masamune at "TABI BAR & CAFE SUZUVEL" 😆. It is a Masamune brewed by Obata Shuzo, famous for Manotsuru. It has a mineral aroma 😳. Clean herbal mouthfeel 🌿. The aroma is so rich that the sensation of sake fades 🫥. Rice flavor🌾 masks the sweetness and acidity, and the ginjo aroma stimulates the nose. It leaves a slight bitterness and astringency in the aftertaste🙄. It was a new drinking experience with a unique flavor 🤗. How cool to "speak without speaking" 🤩. I thought I should come up with a catchphrase like "Nice Masamune without talking about it" ❓🤣. Nice Masamune👍

I went to a shopping mall to do some shopping. We wandered around Cardi's. Sake. Ice sake?　I thought it would be good when it gets hotter. I tossed it in the back of the basket. I had it waiting in the freezer, but I didn't realize how quickly it would crisp up. It was hot, so I decided to finish it off with a dessert. Adult sherbet Naoshichi is a brand of citrus fruit from Kochi. It's good to have in the freezer from now on. ⭕️ The manufacturer is Kikusui Sake Brewery. No, it's from Kochi, so it's from here.
