Sake Map

The origins of the sake you've drunk are colored on the map.
Hououbiden碧判純米吟醸原酒生酒無濾過
28
sticks
A limited edition of Hououmita, apparently, but there was a massive line up (laughs). Muscat, green apple, berry, and other fruits are listed on the label, which doesn't seem like the introduction of a sake, but as stated, there is a wonderful fruit aroma and the acidity spreads in the mouth. I was impressed by the fact that it is possible to produce this level of juice sensation in Japan. As expected of Hououmita.

Senkin純米吟醸原酒生酒
35
sticks
I was fortunate enough to find the series that is pressed on the first day of spring (February 3), so I bought it. I've bought Senkou several times, including seasonal brands like Beetle, but this one tasted different and more sour than the previous ones. It tasted good, but it was different from the Senkou I had imagined, so I felt confused the moment I tasted it. It's not sweet, but it's refreshing and refreshing.

Akabu純米生酒

I've been buying a lot of nama-shu for a while now because I've been trying to enjoy it. When I saw a bottle of Akatake's nama-shu, I immediately bought it. I've always liked Akatake and have bought it many times, but when it comes to nama-shu, the taste is just as good as I expected. The fruit aroma fills my nostrils and makes me feel happy even before I drink it. The refreshing feeling is accompanied by a light sweetness that gives you an uplifting feeling from the moment you taste it. I think it's comparable to Shinsei and Jyushiro, but I hope it doesn't become a rare sake!

Ubusuna生酒
21
sticks
The word for "birthplace" is "ubusuna". It means the guardian deity of the land where you were born. I had never heard of it before. We bought it because it is a raw sake from Kumamoto prefecture. The prefecture has a strong image of shochu (distilled liquor), but the product is very tasty. It is so fizzy that fine bubbles stick to glass glasses and inokuchi. The sake has a refreshing sourness and sweetness that stands out. This was a bargain. Even if you don't know the brand, you should try it. It's encounters like this that make sake so fun.

Tenbi純米吟醸原酒生酒
28
sticks
I have purchased Tenbi several times. This is a sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture, where Ottersai is famous. It's a very high quality sake to begin with, but when I saw a bottle of undiluted sake on display, I didn't hesitate to choose it. It was as delicious as I had hoped, and I couldn't help but smile. It was sweet, clear, fruity, and slightly acidic. There was also a faint sense of effervescence. It's still a young brand, but I hope to keep in touch with it for a long time.

Sharaku純米吟醸生酒無濾過

sticks
Mr. Keisaraku never disappoints. It is always delicious no matter where you drink it. I was lucky enough to find a bottle of unfiltered raw sake, so I got it immediately. The taste is outstanding and the drinkability is at the extreme of the refreshing type. It's hard to find fault with it. I want to give it to people I know who want to start drinking sake, and I also want to drink it with sake lovers. Personally, it is one of the best brands I have ever tasted.

Mimurosugi特別純米
20
sticks
We chose the dry version of Mimuro Sugi, which has a strong image of being sweet. It was certainly spicy, but not too much. In fact, the spiciness accentuates the taste and makes it easier to drink. It's so different from the usual flavor that you wouldn't know it's Mimurosugi if you were to drink it. It's delicious in its own way, though.

Akabu生酒にごり酒
29
sticks
Here it is, Akatake's nama-shu and nigori-shu. It's really good, and I can't say enough about it. There is a little sourness? It raises the overall level. It's very easy to drink, so I think it's perfect as a sake-within-a-sake. It's not too sweet and has a fruity aroma. And it's not more than 2,000 yen, so it's easy to buy. The price is unbeatable for this kind of taste.

This was my first bottle of 19, and my impression was that it was easy to drink and dry. There was no information on the label that said it was Junmai or sake rice, so it took a lot of challenging spirit to buy it (laughs). It's a very good brand because it's very tasty. I think it is a very good brand because it tastes good. It seems to go well with sakabuto, but I don't have any on hand.

Dan純米吟醸
25
sticks
I don't remember where I bought it because I was too drunk to remember, but I think I had enough reason left to choose the right one. That was the first time I drank with Dan. I don't think it's easy to read Dan. It's Dan the husband, but I couldn't think of it off the top of my head. The taste is refreshing and easy to drink. I think the sweetness is moderate. I think it's suitable for drinking while eating, because it comes in quickly. I want to buy it again.

Tamagawa純米吟醸原酒生酒無濾過
29
sticks
This is a very delicious Tamagawa. When it comes to unfiltered unpasteurized sake, you can't go wrong. It is truly delicious. It is a sweet fruity sake that has been perfected to a high level. If I see it again, I'll buy it.

Eisen特別純米
22
sticks
I bought it at the Tohoku products exhibition at Tokyo station. I chose this brand because I had never had it before. The taste is dry as described. The feeling of drinking alcohol spreads slowly in your mouth. It has depth, so it's good to drink when you want to take your time. If it were in an izakaya, it would be best to drink it when the meal has progressed to the point where you are in conversation mode. It is a sake for adults.

Harunasan純米吟醸
18
sticks
I bought this at Takasaki station on a business trip to Gunma. I can say that this is a genuinely delicious sake. It's not the latest fad, but it's an attractive taste for sake lovers. To put it another way, it's like a cup of sake made 100 times better. It's probably a once-in-a-lifetime experience, so let's drink it while chewing it over.

Hirotogawa純米吟醸
31
sticks
Hirotogawa, first time to buy. It is refreshing and very tasty. In a sense, it is a dangerous sake that can be drunk as many times as you like. It retains the essence of sake, but is not too sweet. It is a little thin in flavor, but this thinness is perfect and is the driving force behind the drinking. I will buy it again.

夜明け前特別本醸造

sticks
Third bottle before dawn, brewed sake. This sake really suits me well. It's not famous, but I'm really happy to find a brand like this for myself. It's not famous, but I'm very happy to find such a brand for myself. It doesn't have an alcoholic smell, it has a slight sweetness to it, and it's just delicious. It's not quite as good as a bottle of raw sake, but it's a great way to enjoy sake.

Aizuchujo純米吟醸
31
sticks
There are many famous sake from Fukushima prefecture. Aizu Nakasho is also delicious. Just the fact that it is from Fukushima gives me a sense of security. There is nothing wrong with Fukushima sake. I think it has a sweet and fruity flavor that is very popular. So it's very easy to drink, and the drinking goes on. If you drink it with a meal, you can enjoy it even more. The sourness is a little stronger than other brands, I think. It was a good bottle to buy.

Edo Kaijou純米吟醸原酒
30
sticks
I've been avoiding this sake because it's from Tokyo, but I finally bought it. However, I was a little impressed by the taste, which made me think that I should have bought and drunk it earlier. It's amazing that such a good sake can be made in Tokyo. The moment you open the bottle, you can smell the indescribable aroma. It's a sweet sake with a slightly strong acidity. I'll be repeating this.
