sticksThis is the second bottle I have purchased from Gagakuyo (Uta Shiro). Delicious, delicious, delicious. It's amazing that such a delicious sake can be made on Sadogashima.
There are many leading brands in Niigata Prefecture, so I'm sure they will be tough to beat, but the taste makes me want to root for them to dominate.
I guess you could say it's a sweet, fruity, fragrant, trendy flavor, but the balance is perfect for me personally.
