Yamada Nishiki.
The first mouthfeel is sweet and umami, with a gentle elegance.
The spiciness comes in the back end and disappears quickly.

The second comparison of three kinds of sake: Makiki, Chivalrous, and Kurogyu 🤗.
Slightly sweet with a gassy taste. It has a little bitterness, but I think it is a sharp sake 😋.

The fresh aroma and sweetness made it easy to drink, and I could see why people say it has a rummy feel to it, I thought it was a delicious drink without being so sweet.
At the Dawn of the Young. In my opinion, this is my favorite sake among those we drank this time. It has a strong umami flavor. I had the gold label one last time at the restaurant, but this one is much richer and tastier. Oh, it's so delicious handsome!

Sake (1) that we drank at Sushi Sakai
Two bottles of 🍶 we drank at Sushi Sakai.
This is delicious! 🥰🥰🥰🥰.
I felt the same way when I drank Morishima sake before, but I have the impression that the flavor expands in layers as you drink it 🤔 Sake just keeps getting better and better!
This is an unusual blend of junmai sake aged in bourbon, sherry, and quercus barrels, respectively. It has a whisky-like oak and alcohol aroma, and in the mouth it has a good balance of sake's mild flavor and sweetness, whisky-like smokiness and nuttiness.
Hamamatsu Arigatamaidai ##
My preconceived notion when I saw the label was fresh!
The taste is...
The taste is surprisingly robust.
The aroma after opening the bottle was slightly sweet 🤔.

It’s tasty
After a long week of work, it's time to relax with some sake ✨Taste the unknown sake at SAKEPOST 👍.
The aroma of this Koshino Hatsubai was not so strong, but the taste in the mouth was mild and free of any unpleasant flavors. It has a mild taste with no cloying taste on the palate and a refreshing taste down the throat 🍶.
I would like to drink more than just one glass of this sake.
Deep fried chicken spare ribs,
with potato salad. 😍Drinkable.
Potato salad with more vinegar is my
I like to put it in. 😏.
I got into it a while ago.

Organic rice x co-fired yeast x no yeast added, thank goodness 🙏.
The mirin-like sweetness and the graininess of the rice are irresistible. The golden rice field scenery in front of me.
And it goes so well with white rice! Especially great with ochazuke! 😁
When heated, the taste is more rounded and gentle.
This one goes directly to the sake brewery,
I went directly to the brewery and said, "I heard the podcast "Shinnami Tamimu"!
I was talking to the president of the brewery, who came out from the back of the brewery,
I told him about "dobu-jiru", a soup of anglerfish that can only be eaten in Oarai,
He made a reservation at a nearby restaurant 😂.
Thanks to him, it was a drink I will never forget 😊.
