Traveled to Wakasa - Fukui. Since I was driving around in a rented car, I couldn't taste the wine, so I took a gamble and bought it.
I had it chilled and it was gorgeous and very tasty with a strong flavor.

The one that is not an origami of Denshikiku. Well, it tastes good. You can drink it in the long autumn night. But it runs out in a second. It is the best sake.

First visit to the brewery on 11/9. This was the only one they were selling at the moment. One bottle per person is the limit. The price was in the 1300 yen range for a four-pack.
It was tasty, with a cleaner mouthfeel and less mellow than the previous one.
