Merry Christmas🎅🎁🎄🏍️ Thank you chika for the first in a series of 🎉🥰 delicious ‼️😍 It's a zodiac bottle, but a New Horse Ick came to my house for Christmas, so I'm opening it in celebration❤️❤️ Hato Masamune-kun is my first brewery 💖. From the nice aroma to the clear sharpness‼️ balanced taste‼️ that's exactly what sharpness means, delicious❣️ this guy has a cute horse face but looks like he's going to have a good run👍👍 Today's roast beef has ginger, so the spicy flavor is layered with sharpness in a tangy place 💖 but it's not spicy 🤨👍 Shrimp gratin, ham sandwich, and my friend's homemade Stollen❣️ Stollen's sweet and juicy dried fruit flavor also goes well with alcohol❤️ sweets with alcohol is perfect✨! Thank you so much 🥰🐴🤴🥰 for the drink before ‼️ Impressions of the alcohol by itself are in charge of shinsaku3💕.

First Hato Masamune😃 This sake was sent to me by chika (thanks 😊). It's a zodiac sign bottle, but it's so cute that I didn't wait for New Year's to open it 😅. Nice that it's my favorite motorcycle (Maiku) 👍. The bottle has a fresh aroma and a fresh and crisp acidity that can only be achieved with nama-shu 🧐. Delicious 😋. It is a slightly light and dry 👍 with a sharp taste. I have the impression that the not so strong spiciness and a slight astringency consistently lasts! We had it on Christmas Eve. Rich, yeasty and schwaggy. The rich flavor, refreshing acidity, and slight sweetness are the best. It is Christmas Eve, and we paired it with sea cucumber ponzu.

Grain-like aroma. Sour yogurt* room temperature so far. When heated, it has a chestnut-like aroma with a hint of hay and honey. For a smooth texture. The sweetness is moderate, but there is a full rice flavor and umami. Good sharpness. I thought it would be defeated by the fatty meat, but it was not. but it does not lose. It doesn't mean that it goes well with it, but it doesn't My favorite 4/5 stars

Chichibu is known for its Bukko-Masamune! I'm drinking it in a hiya, but I'm sure it can also be drunk hot! It's got a solid feel to it, but it also has a sense of ease to it. The spiciness of the aftertaste is just right for adults!

This is the 2024 new sake I bought when I visited the brewery last December. It's been sitting in the fridge for a long time and I haven't been able to drink it because I was too lazy😅. And the other day, I finally opened it! When I opened it, there was a great popping sound! I wasn't expecting it at all 💦. The carbonation that crackles from the soft mouthfeel is addictive 😋. The moderate sweetness enhances the depth of the flavor and does not become monotonous while drinking! 👉 The slight bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste is just right. I didn't think this sake could taste this good after a year, maybe even better than when it was first brewed!
