At the end of last year, I purchased some locally brewed sake. To my surprise, I learned that it was not available at the Machida Sake Brewery in Komagata, so I purchased it at a liquor store in Isesaki City. The fruity aroma from the opening of the bottle was very refreshing and sweet. It has a very refreshing sweetness and a rum-like flavor, with a slight bitterness at the end. It is really very subtle. I drank it chilled, so it was easy to drink. I didn't know there was such a good local sake 😅.
