From what I've heard, the new brewery hasn't been up and running for a while.
It may not be stable in some cases or it may change in the middle of the season again 😀. JohnIt was a sweet, juicy liquor, like pineapple juice. It was so delicious that I drank "a little more, a little more" and found myself consuming quite a bit of it.

The yuzu daikon is homemade, I made it after looking it up on the net ❗️I'm a genius😅 BunrakuBunraku Reborn Snow Petal純米吟醸原酒生酒無濾過 KumakichiComparison of Sairai and Bunraku from Kitaishi Shuzo, a sake brewery in Saitama Prefecture that was a favorite of mine.
I had drunk Sairai many times, but this was my first time to drink Bunraku.
They are from the same brewery, so they seem to be similar in taste, but they are different in aspect.
Bunraku is less gaseous than Sairaku and less sweet, with a bitter sweetness like grapefruit and a lingering acidity that is pleasant.

I always come to a liquor store in a certain department store in the next station, but on a friend's recommendation, I went there and I was thrilled! I spent a long time looking around and found a lot of things I wanted, so I want to go back! JohnGentle bubbles and a refreshing sweetness. The sweetness does not drag at all and disappears quickly. Personally, I got the impression that it was like champagne. I think it is elegant and perfect for before or during dinner.

Ah, pineapple, papaya, mango, ... the tropical fruit aroma goes from my mouth to my nose and through my brain. The tropical flavor is still present this year. The gasiness is relatively weak.
This year, it has a strong rice flavor and is quite sweet. After the sweetness, there is a little sourness. It may be similar to pineapple candy.
The sweetness is not too strong, and the taste is smooth and clean with a weak bitterness at the end.
