First time drinking at home in a long time
Shinkame Imasubori Junmai Namaishu
Shinkame is a sake with an image of maturity.
but it is rare to have freshly squeezed sake.
I bought it because of the store's recommendation.
There was no aroma, but when I took a sip
I felt the sourness and bitterness in the first sip.
I knew it was Shinkame!
Maybe this is what hard-core Kamikame is all about...
It's dry, but it's also very mild.
It's dry, but it also has a nice roundness to it.
I think Shinkame is best heated up.

Good evening Harry😊.
It's Shinkame's raw sake. I've heard rumors about it, but I've never seen it at a retailer before, so I'd love to try it!
I heard that even if it's a draft sake, Shinkame is good for warming up 😃.

Good morning, tsutsumate-san 😃.
Kamikame's sake is basically aged, so freshly squeezed raw sake
It seems to be rare. I drank it cold.
but I thought warming it up was the best way to settle down 😊.

Good evening, Harry 🌇.
The label has an air of something unusual: ❗️
It's a draft sake, but it goes well with warmed sake, just the way Kazuhiko Ota likes it 👍.

Good morning, Chichi 😃.
I have come to the conclusion that Kamikame is still Kamikame.
Ota-san heats up everything 😅.
But as I get older, I may start drinking more heated sake 😅.
I still want to drink Pichipichi though 😊.
