It was recommended at Matsuzaki's in-store tasting and sales event. It has a sweet, sour and juicy taste, partly because it contains a lot of malic acid. It was delicious cold or lukewarm.
This is my first doburoku. It has a delicious sweetness, of course, but it also has a shwashiness, giving the impression that you are drinking sludgy porridge. As the day goes by, the sourness gradually increases. It is an interesting and delicious sake!
This is the first Nabeshima! The bottle was opened with a pop. It had just the right amount of gas, sweetness, and a slight bitterness. It tasted as good as rumored!
