Sake that has been in cask for two years
The last sake was kept in a cedar barrel for 10 days.
I drank it cold, but it tasted and smelled like cedar barrels.
I thought it would be more acidic because it's Shinkame, but it was
but it was relatively mild 😊.
When I heated it up in Nobei Yokocho
The flavor is so delicious!
Shinkame is good warmed up 😊.
