I was finally able to get my hands on a bottle of Hana-yoso. This sake is made from "Ginpu" sake rice from my hometown, Hokkaido. It has a pineapple-like flavor, but is moderately sour and refreshing. It is so delightful and delicious that you are likely to drink too much of it.
