The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival (7)
Nidome's visit to Ryusen Yaezakura between Shikizakura and Momogawa
I was interested only in the fresh sake in the fridge, but the salesman was a pushy type and kept pouring sake one after another 😅.
I borrowed Nemuchi's photo because it looks better than the one she took 😅
We drank
Oirase Junmai Sake Honosen (Nama)
It was delicious with a good flavor and richness. It also has a moderate sweetness.
Ginjo Junmai
Spicy, but in a good way, like water.
Nebuta Tanrei Junmai
Light and dry, with a nice sharpness
Ginjo-junmai (ginjo-junmai with wine yeast)
Slightly fruity, sweet and sour
It looked like they were going to put more sake in, so we left💨.
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival (6)
Ai Tochigi 🥰 even at the tasting ③.
I have the impression that Shikizakura has been a frequent visitor to Hankyu since last year's "Traveling SAKE".
Mr. Shohei Imai, the master brewer, and his wife, who is in charge of sales, were there!
We drank
Tochigi no Hoshi Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
A raw version of the hi-ire sake we had before.
It was fresh, sweet and delicious.
Tochigi no Hoshi Junmai Sake
I also tried the hi-ire version to check the taste. As before, there was something strange about the taste, and it was not good.... I was surprised at the difference in impression between the raw and the hi-ire.
Junmai Ginjo Y.S. Nama Sake
It tasted nuttier than the previous tasting.
Nama Hashiroshi Tokubetsu Junmai
Not too much like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast, easy to drink
Shikizakura Autumn Special Junmai Hiyaoroshi
Easy to drink without a sense of maturity.
I bought the first bottle I tasted because I always feel bad for not buying it after tasting it 😊.
Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌃
I'm sorry I haven't bought it until now even though I saw it and tasted it 😅.
This is my first purchase and I'm looking forward to drinking it😊.
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival (5)
Tochigi-Ai 🥰 even in the tasting (2)
Tochikane, which I first learned about at last year's traveling SAKE
I drank
Tochikane strawberry yeast brewed RED
I have tasted Tochikane's strawberry yeast brewed sake in the past, but this one has a light red color.
I didn't check if they use peach yeast or red rice, so I'm not sure 😅It's a very strong drink with a sharp taste that makes you feel like you're drinking it hard!
The brewer said he recommends drinking it on the rocks.
Tochikane Daiginjo with Abelia yeast
I drank this one when I was at Hanshin Department Store, but it has a more relaxed atmosphere than the original.
Goyotei Junmai Ginjo
It was delicious, with a clean yet mellow flavor.
Kuramoto-brewed amazake
Easy to drink, but not very impressive. I felt it was just ordinary amazake.
I was also interested in Sansho and coffee shochu, but there is no end to it.
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival (4)
We took a break for about an hour and waited for Nemuchi's arrival.
While we were waiting, we met Mr. Usagigoten 🐰.
From here, Nemuchi and I will go around together 😊.
Love Tochigi 🥰① even at the tasting!
There were 3 breweries of Tochigi sake lined up so we decided to continue drinking 😁.
Sawahime-san is becoming a familiar face at Hankyu events.
This time it was the brewer, not the toji!
We drank
Sawahime Special Honjozo
It was delicious, full-bodied and full of flavor!
I think it was my favorite of all the Sawahime we tasted that day!
Sawa Hime Junmai Ginjyo Hitogokochi Nama Genjozo
Unlike when we drank it at home, it had a ripe and nutty taste, which I didn't like a bit!
Sawa-hime Tokubetsu Junmai Premium Yumesasara
I've had this one in the past, and it's mellow and delicious.
Sawahime Yamahai Junmai
I bought a bottle of this one and drank it, but the hi-ire version is easier to drink.
I think I've had all of Sawahime including tasting and drinking at home except for the limited edition 🤔.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby.
Now that they come to department stores and there is a store near me where I can buy it, I have a much better chance to drink it 😊.
The only thing I haven't had a chance to try is the pink nigori 😅.
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival (3)
A brewery that I have seen several times at the Kuramoto Festival but never had a chance to drink.
I drank it alone first and visited again after Nemuchi's arrival 😁.
I drank
Treasure of the Forest Matsutake Mushroom Sake
Matsutake mushrooms are soaked in honjozo sake and served as a liqueur.
It has a mild taste with an interesting matsutake mushroom flavor. It has a strong matsutake mushroom taste. 🍄🟫When heated up, it seems the matsutake mushroom taste increases even more 🤣Nemuchi said it was like a soup 😁.
Hinotori Junmai Ginjo
I asked for a recommendation and this was it.
It has a clear, slightly sweet and spicy taste at the end. It is easy to drink without any habits.
Ryuusen Yaezakura Junmai Ginjo Nakakumi Unfiltered Nama-shu
Sweet and juicy with a nice sharpness in the second half.
Special Junmai Ryuusendo 1 year storage
It has a gentle sweetness and a rounded taste. It is easy to drink without a matured feeling, but I felt smoky in the second half.
Special Junmai
The normal version that has not been stored in Ryuusendo.
When I compared them, they were completely different 😳This one is a refreshingly light and dry type.
Junmai Ginjo Ryoumi-Denjo
It seems that they brought summer sake as the autumn harvest was not ready yet. Slightly sweet.
Dry Junmai
Not too spicy, but dry.
Daiginjo Gold medal winning sake
It is gorgeous and delicious. Most of this class are delicious.
I had to split the post between Seisen and Takeoka because I couldn't fit it in one.
Takeoka Special Junmai So no Mai
Tasted only because it was sold out. It is sweet and juicy!
It's cheaper than Gohyakumangoku and Yamadanishiki and tastes better, so it sells well.
Takeoka Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku
A clear and mature version of Takeoka.
Takeoka Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki
I think So-no-Mai is more satisfying than Takeoka because it is more refreshing and gorgeous, but also because of the price 🤔.
Takeoka Junmai Daiginjo Omachi
Lightly gassy, juicy, sweet and delicious😻That's pretty much exactly what I'm looking for.
Takeoka Daiginjo
Rice polishing ratio 40% It has a noble taste, but it doesn't leave a good impression.
It is not usually available in the Kansai region, so I sincerely hope that an antenna store will be opened or a special distributor will be created 🥺.
KITTE has not yet filled its tenant, please!
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival ①.
We went to the annual Hankyu Department Store's warehouse festival!
I felt like there were as many people as in front of Corona Disaster in the last few years 🤔.
First of all, Wagura Sake Brewery participated for the first time!
I only drank some of the limited time items that were available at the antenna store and the liquor store.
I'll split my post between Seisen and Takeoka since I drink a lot of different kinds of sake😅.
I visited this booth by myself, then with Nemuchi, and finally with Yoohee at the end of the day 😅.
Seisen is the traditional brand and Takeoka is brewed with various rice.
He said the rice used for Seisen is called "Fusakogane".
I drank
Seisen Junmai
Gentle sweetness and full-bodied flavor. I think it is best served at room temperature or warmed.
Seisen Junmai Ginjo
More refreshing than Junmai
Seisen Autumn
Slightly ripe and mildly sweet. I've had it in the past, but the impression is still the same: delicious!
st.spring Junmai Ginjyo Genshu
A low-alcohol type sake. It is sweet and acidic, like a dessert sake.
Assemblage
This year, they put more Daiginjo in the bottle. Slightly sweet and complex flavor.
Move from Hanshin to Hankyu 🏃.
On the way, we went to Yamanaka Sake Shop at Eki Marche.
Nemuchi-san was buying the sake she wanted!
Shikizakura was there, so we went for a tasting!
I've never been home for sake tasting or drinking 💦.
The brewer was there!
Love Tochigi 🥰 part 1 even at the tasting!
We drank
Junmai Ginjo Y.S Unfiltered Nama Sake
I wondered what YS was but didn't ask😅.
It was delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness and robust flavor!
It is usually fire-aged, but they prepared it raw for Hankyu!
Yume sasara and TS yeast are used to make YS?
Daiginjo Nama Sake
The most delicious of all the sake we drank this time!
Brilliant, sweet and delicious!
Shohei Imai Junmai Daiginjo
I drank this at last year's traveling SAKE, but when I asked Nemuchi about the different label, he said that the specifications were different depending on the season. I think they probably change the contents slightly.
It is a junmai daiginjo, but the taste is firm without being too clean.
Shikizakura Summer Special Junmai
It seems to be a series that is released seasonally. I think I've seen a draft of this somewhere. It's refreshing and gorgeous.
Tochigi no Hoshi Junmai Sake
It has a strong rice flavor, but at the same time, it was subtle because I felt something strange about it.
After this, we went to a new sake and wine store in Dojima, where you can buy sake and wine, drink and dine 🚃.
Hello bouken 😃
From Hanshin to Hankyu! I guess from Kochi to Tochigi 😁 still great tasting 😚 and four cups of Shikizakura too, love Tochigi 🥰.
And the journey continues to Keihan 😆.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃
Well, Hanshin-Hankyu-Keihan, they are all railroad companies 🤣.
I feel like traveling from Kochi to Tochigi while I'm in Osaka 😆.
Shikizakura was going to let me drink some more but I decided not to 😅.
First Shimane Sake
On my way home, I looked at the sky and saw the moon 🌒, which had been cloudy and invisible lately, peeking out...
I was drinking alone under the moon! 🍶
The ideal light and dry sake for me!
Soft on the palate and refreshing with a touch of acidity!
I am happy to have found a good food sake!
Purchased at a tasting sale in Hankyu.
It is a draft sake, although it is not written on the bottle. The freshness and acidity are impressive. Even if it is dry, it would have been nice if it had a little more sweetness.
I think the smell of the pressing machine or the disinfecting of the bottle is transferred a little...
I bought it before you did, but I heard Nemuchi didn't like it either, so maybe I shouldn't have bought it 🤔.
Purchased when Nemuchi and I stopped by Hankyu's Depa basement on the way back from traveling SAKE.
I found the sake that Mr. Sakeran was drinking, so I bought it.
I have bought a sake with the same label, but I think it tastes different, so maybe it was the Gohyakumangoku version? There is a trace of sweetness, but the basic taste is dry. It has a strong extract. It's not my favorite line of sake, but there is something about it that I can't dislike 🤔.
This sake is not a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast, but I think it tastes similar to Daishichi that Mr. Sakeran praised so highly.
On the second day, it tastes a little sweet like candy.
This is the one that Neemuchi and I bought together! We both bought it!
After tasting the junmai ginjo nama sake first, we thought it wouldn't be any better than that, so we were shocked!
It has a beautiful acidity and juicy sweetness like an apple. The sweetness is rich and the bitterness is a little bitter at the end. I like it a lot.
Purchased at Hankyu's traveling SAKE as well as Tamayura.
The rice is Takananishiki. It has a slight gasiness.
The top aroma is gorgeous, but the sweetness is moderate and a little dry. The lingering aroma is pineapple.
The sake is basically dry with a sake meter of +4, but the gasiness and sweetness of the sweetness didn't bother me too much.
Purchased at Traveling SAKE
Sparkling with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
It is very sweet and sour. The flavor is a little bit peculiar, but it's delicious.
After leaving Ogimachi Park, Nemuchi and I went to 2 liquor stores, Niigata, and Hankyu 😁.
I had a glass of Akagisan for the first time in a while and it was a little sweeter than the ones I had in the past, but it felt spicy 🤔.
Centrifugal nigori and the raw sake I've had in the past were easier to drink...
Uijin.
The Furuhashi Sake Brewery was a completely newcomer to Hankyu.
It was almost the first time for him to attend an event. He had only participated in an event at Shimonoseki Daimaru in the past.
We drank
Junmai Ginjo
The rice is Sakonishiki. Polishing ratio 50%.
I thought it was fruity and sweeter than the others I drank this time.
Junmai Daiginjo
The rice is Yamada-Nishiki with a 35% polishing ratio.
It was about 3,600 yen for a 4-goupe bottle, but considering the polish, I thought it was relatively inexpensive because it was Yamada-Nishiki. It is gorgeous, but gives a more subdued impression than Junmai Ginjo.
Junmai Dry Harazake
Junmai dry sake with 19 degrees Celsius. I think it was +15 sake.
It tastes dry and you don't feel the high alcohol content.
The person at the department store said it was his personal recommendation. Personal recommendation of a person at a department store.
Junmai Shiboritate
This is one of the few sake breweries that make a pure sake. Not very sweet, but the acidity is impressive.
The overall impression is that the quality of the sake is not like San'in sake, but it is a little spicy.
I met up with Neemuchi at the Ogimachi Park event after this and visited with him again on the way home, and the brewery owner was there!
Leaving the traveling SAKE venue, move to the basement
I tasted Kagatobi.
I told them I wanted something sweeter.
It was the most gorgeous and fruity Kagatobi I've ever tasted.
I forgot to take a picture 💦.
I forgot to take a picture 💦 but the price was reasonable so I didn't buy it.
I found the sake that Mr. Sakeran was drinking and bought it 😁.
The 9th traveling SAKE⑰.
Leaving the Nagano Sake Booth for Aizu Homare
We drank
Karahashi Junmai Ginjo Omachi
Delicious, but a little spicy.
Karahashi Junmai Ginjo Yume no Kou
It was sweet and delicious. I would like to drink it raw.
Kitakata Terroir EPISODE IV
I think it was fruity, but I was not impressed...
What is not to be, is to be... Junmai Ginjyo Genjyo
It was quite sweet and tasty. I heard that they didn't bring any KARAHASHI Yamada-Nishiki because this is Yamada-Nishiki.
Nemuchi-san seems to have reached his limit, so we are leaving the venue, but we will continue a little more...
The 9th traveling SAKE⑯.
The brewer didn't come, so it was like a separate event.
We drank
GI NAGANO Kinmon-nishiki
It was sweet and juicy and delicious!
Super dry Junmai Ginjo
I drank it at an off-line meeting, and it was as refreshing, light and fruity as ever!
The 9th traveling SAKE (15)
Taisetsukei with a good impression after drinking at a brewer's festival and at a local liquor store
I drank
Betsu-ai Junmai Ginjo
Refreshingly fresh, sweet and delicious!
Special Junmai Nama-jyu
It was delicious, but the best way to enjoy Taisetsukei is to drink it straight from the bottle.
I think I may have had some of the nama sake, but I think I've already posted it in the past, so I'll skip it.
