The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival㉓ Hatsujin] booth. I drank it before at a department store event and didn't like it at all, but I tried it again. I didn't have a good impression of it before, but the Junmai Ginjo was sold out and I think there were only 3㌥ of it left. ◉Hatsujin Junmai Ginjo Sake A little fruity with a moderate sweetness. Better than the last time I drank it. Hatsujin Junmai Daiginjo Aroma: sweet with a hint of honey. Hatsujin Dry Junmai Genshu The dryness of the sake is gradually becoming more pronounced. Sake meter is +15. It has won a gold medal at the SAKE COMPETITION.

Purchased at a tasting sale in Hankyu. It is a draft sake, although it is not written on the bottle. The freshness and acidity are impressive. Even if it is dry, it would have been nice if it had a little more sweetness. I think the smell of the pressing machine or the disinfecting of the bottle is transferred a little... I bought it before you did, but I heard Nemuchi didn't like it either, so maybe I shouldn't have bought it 🤔.

After leaving "OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024" with bouken-san, we went around liquor stores (on the way, Legend ordered us to crash into a liquor store that was hard to get into) and finally went to Hankyu for a tasting. BOUKEN-san stopped by before attending the event and told us that a rare first-timer was coming. Shimane Prefecture. Kanzoku-gun. Furuhashi Sake Brewery. Hatsujin Junmai Shiboritate 15% alc. It has a freshness, but the aftertaste is also spicy. The acidity is a little too strong. Hatsujin Junmai Ginjo It is not sweet but mild, and has a hardy taste with a slight tingling aftertaste. Hatsujin Junmai Daiginjo Light and refreshing. Junmai dry sake. 19% alc. It has a very hard-edged impression, tingling after the finish, and is quite spicy afterwards. I forgot to take a picture of this one💦. It's a very hard-edged, light-bodied, dry sake, not unlike a San-in sake.

Hello Nemuchi 😃 Sorry for the crash order 😅 I drank the freshly squeezed one and was disappointed that there was a disinfectant-like off-flavor deep in the flavor that I didn't detect during the tasting 😭

Hi bouken 😃I'm always looking for hard-to-get-into stores, I'm going to be a suicide captain 🤣The freshly squeezed taste of the first batch was a bit subtle 😅I'm not into it 💦.

Uijin. The Furuhashi Sake Brewery was a completely newcomer to Hankyu. It was almost the first time for him to attend an event. He had only participated in an event at Shimonoseki Daimaru in the past. We drank Junmai Ginjo The rice is Sakonishiki. Polishing ratio 50%. I thought it was fruity and sweeter than the others I drank this time. Junmai Daiginjo The rice is Yamada-Nishiki with a 35% polishing ratio. It was about 3,600 yen for a 4-goupe bottle, but considering the polish, I thought it was relatively inexpensive because it was Yamada-Nishiki. It is gorgeous, but gives a more subdued impression than Junmai Ginjo. Junmai Dry Harazake Junmai dry sake with 19 degrees Celsius. I think it was +15 sake. It tastes dry and you don't feel the high alcohol content. The person at the department store said it was his personal recommendation. Personal recommendation of a person at a department store. Junmai Shiboritate This is one of the few sake breweries that make a pure sake. Not very sweet, but the acidity is impressive. The overall impression is that the quality of the sake is not like San'in sake, but it is a little spicy. I met up with Neemuchi at the Ogimachi Park event after this and visited with him again on the way home, and the brewery owner was there!

I purchased this bottle when my husband and I went on a trip from Shimane to Yamaguchi, including Tsuwano, Hagi, and Akiyoshidai. While sightseeing in Tsuwano, I was sucked in by a cedar ball I happened to find and went to the sake brewery✨. Inside there was a tasting corner, and since my husband was the driver for this trip by car, I was the taster 😊. We tasted a few different kinds of sake and I bought this one 💕. I used to like the fruity taste of Junmai Daiginjo, but recently I have come to like Junmai and Junmai Ginjo, which have a little more rice flavor, so I chose this one as well 😌. This sake won the highest gold medal at the Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Awards✨. I haven't had the chance to drink sake from Tsuwano very often, but it tastes delicious with a hint of sweetness 😋. This is a sake I would like to purchase if I have a chance to come across it again ✨.
