Not Mr. Tsuchida, a well-known sales representative of Yonezuru, but Mr. Nagayama, the president of Yonezuru, was there.
We drank
Junmai Ginjo Omachi
When I drank it at home, I thought it had a big change from the freshly opened bottle. I was impressed that Mr. Nemuchi said it was just like he imagined OMACHI to be!
Junmai Ginjo Aizanaru
Same impression as last year's Japanese sake festival, but gorgeous and fruity.
Yamazaru Fruits
From the label, it seems to be a hiyaoroshi type sake.
The rice is from Koriyanto. Sake with a lot of umami and drinkable!
Junmai Daiginjo
It is gorgeous, full of umami, and delicious!
Yamahai Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
Yamahai is easy to drink. I've had it several times and it's still delicious!

Just the day before yesterday, I visited Yamazaru's brewery and I was so disappointed to hear that the president is currently on a business trip to Kansai 🤣.
But the brewery owner was very kind and allowed me to taste as much as I wanted 😇.
