Purchased at Hankyu Brewery Festival
When I went to the booth, several people were tasting this one, and the brewer said it was the last one, so I rushed to taste it and quickly declared my purchase 😁.
I'm glad I was able to buy it because I was looking for this one this time 🥺.
First time to try Yoshinogawa Nama Sake!
I've always wanted to get my hands on a bottle of unfiltered nama sake from Yoshinogawa because it seemed like such a rare thing!
The nose is a bit banana-like. It tastes fresh and a bit green. It is juicy, sweeter than I expected, and quite fruity. It tastes a little like apples, too.
It was a good decision to buy it 😋.
I think the spiciness increases as the temperature rises 🤔.
Purchased at the Hankyu Sake Brewer's Festival.
I was going to buy one of the Takeoka series, but there was a draft sake, so I tasted this one and bought it.
The brand name is Wazo, but I registered it as Seisen to make it easier to search.
According to the official website, this sake used to be sold under the brand name Shikanozan.
According to the official site, this sake is a draft sake.
It is fresh and slightly effervescent, though it has an aruze-like character.
Slightly fruity and sweet. Slightly acidic.
I would like to try some of the Takeoka series of nama-shu!
Tochigi Ai🥰 in the first of December
You can buy Sawahime in the neighborhood, but this one was limited to 120 bottles at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival, so I tasted it and bought it!
It's very effervescent. It's dry, complex, and has many different flavors. It is sweet but unique.
Rich and powerful sake.
I think there's a very slight glimpse of a perverted sake 🫶.
Good evening, bouken 😃.
Thank you for your early Tochigi love 🥰 from November rush to early December 😊.
I guess you can tell that because you drink a lot of Sawahime 😁.
The 23rd Hankyu Brewery Festival (3)
Sawahime-san, who has become a familiar face at the Sake Brewer's Festival
The president of Sawahime-san was there!
We drank
Daiginjo Shin Jizake Manifesto
Brilliant and fruity. I've had it before, but it's still delicious!
Special Junmai Shiboritate Nama-nihonshu
This is a sake I missed out on last year at Icoma.
Personally, I think it's a little subtle because it's refreshing and has little sweetness.
I heard that Icosa will have it in stock again this year, so I'm considering drinking it again to make sure 🤔.
Sawahime Junmai Daiginjo
I felt it was sweeter than the Daiginjo.
I've had Jun Dai and Daiginjo in the past, but I thought it was consistently delicious!
Here we purchased a Junmai Ginjo Premium Slightly Sparkling Oragami Nama Sake, which is a test brew and limited to 120 bottles!
I wanted to buy some other sake, so I left the brewery festival this time 😅.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌃
The liquor store said it's delicious and they want a little more recognition 🥺.
Tochigi love 🥰 for the second time in November drinking outside.
We had Tochigi love 🥰 at home after this 🥳.
The 23rd Hankyu Brewery Festival (2)
Next was the first Koshitsuka Sake Brewery!
Koshi Shuzo and Tsukano Shuzo merged and became Koshitsuka Shuzo.
Tsukano Shuzo has a 200-year tradition, and Koshi Shuzo was founded in 1987 and won a prize at a sake competition the following year.
It's a fusion of a traditional brewery and a talented up-and-coming brewery 😊.
The brewery's yeast is called Tsukano yeast, which seems to be Association #5 yeast, but didn't it originate from Kamotsuru?
I drank
Gotou no Mine Junmai Ginjo
It seems to be a local sake.
It was a little mild and had a moderate sweetness. It tasted a little unique.
Ai Saemu Sosen Junmai
Sake made from Aizan. There were also Jun Dai and Aizan.
I thought I would buy it if it was good, but I was a little concerned about its peculiar taste...
I was going to buy it if it was good, but I was a little worried about its peculiar taste...
Koshino Ajiwai Daiginjo
Fruity and the sweetest of the breweries.
Daiginjo-nama-sake
Slightly heavy for a daiginjo, with a slightly viscous taste.
I was going to buy a good one if there was one, but the others were too subtle, except for the Koshi no Ajiwai Daiginjo.
The 23rd Hankyu Brewery Festival ①.
Held for the second time this year
This time, as a solo activity, I had a quick and pinpoint drink!
First, I went to Seisen's Wazo Sake Brewery, but I didn't take any pictures and bought a bottle, so I omitted that!
Next stop was Yoshinogawa!
This was my first time to try Yoshinogawa's regular product!
It was better than I expected, with just the right amount of sweetness and not too spicy. As the brewer said, it would be good warmed up.
I had my eye on the Minamo Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake, but there was only one bottle left and there was someone else who seemed to want it, so I tasted it quickly and declared my purchase 😅.
Purchased at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival.
The top aroma is like a golden sugar candy, and there is also a slightly sour aroma. There is no freshness, but it has a smooth sweetness and a tangy bitterness and sharpness in the latter half.
There's also a sense of complexity or messiness.
Caramel and graininess, miscellaneous.
After 5 days it tastes better than when I just opened it, but I think it's getting nuttier 🤔.
Sake purchased at the brewery festival.
Probably the first and last home drinking Tochigi Ai🥰 in September.
I've had it at events and outings, but this is my first time drinking Shikizakura at home. It's fresh, sweet, umami, and spicy. Basically, the taste is mainly spicy.
As the temperature rises, the spiciness diminishes and the acidity becomes more pronounced.
I tried the fugu beaver.
As it says "fugu sashimi flavor", it tasted like grated red leaves and ponzu vinegar 🤣I can't taste the fugu 😅.
Good morning, bouken 😃.
Thank you for your September Tochigi love 🥰 letter ✉️ 🤗Kochira Shikizakura! We had it on the rocks last year too 😚.
Fugu Sashimi Taste 😆My name is right, it's called "Momiji Oroshi & Ponzu Taste" 😁.
Hello bouken 🐦.
The name of the rice is wonderful 🌟I would like to try the sake of this rice as I have not tasted it yet!
Fugu flavor, I had it too, but I only recognized the 🍁 grated 🤣.
Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌃
Tochigi love for September 🥰 sorry for the delay😅.
I tried it on the rocks after your comment😊.
It was better than cold sake without being too thin 😋.
Pon-chan, good evening 🌃
I like the Tochigi star, I feel like the developer's wish is put into it 😊.
I thought "Are you sure you used torafugu? I thought 🤣.
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival㉔
I tried to get close to the brewery several times, but Mr. Nemuchi told me that Kamikame was the last one! I was told by Mr. Nemuchi that "Shinkame is the last one!
If you come to the event, it will be the last time for Kenrishi! I think I can understand why he would bring it last 🤔.
The stuffed turtle at the booth was so cute 🐢.
I drank
Little Bird's Chirping Junmai Ginjo
It was easier to drink than I expected. It has a sweet taste and a gentle mouthfeel.
Kami-zanku Nakakumi Junmai Namaishu
It was sold out and only tasting was available. It was the last one when I came to the venue😅.
Freshness, sweetness, spiciness, and rice flavor. I thought it was a heated type of sake though it was a nama sake.
I think we also had a bottle of Bonwu and an old sake that was about 20 years old but we both forgot to take a picture 💦.
The Bonbu seemed to be a blend of sake from various ages and had a great aged aroma.
I didn't get to try it, but they also sold an old bottle from 1983 🙀.
I wasn't born yet 🙄.
Yoohee-san arrived just as I was at the Shinkame booth 😊.
We toured the venue together for a bit without drinking, but I had to leave before him because I was at my limit💦.
Sorry for leaving before you 🙏.
I was very selective and bought only 2 bottles this time because I spent a lot of money at Takashimaya 🤔.
bouken Hello...
Sorry for the late arrival the other day.
I am sorry I could not spend much time with you, but I think I was able to drink most of the drinks you wanted me to drink 💡.
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival㉓
I tend to go through the Nadagiku booth because I might buy something if I notice it😅.
The hidden sake was sold out and the tasting was also gone 😿.
It's a pity because the light green 500ml bottles used for the exhibited sake were so attractive...
I drank
Judo Junmai Daiginjo
A sake only available in France. I feel like they bring a lot of it to events despite saying they can't buy it😅.
It was more fruity and sweet than when I drank it at home in the past.
Nada Kiku Junmai Ginjo
Hmmm, it wasn't good somehow.
Junmai Daiginjo Aizan MISA901
Sold in advance of the brewer's festival.
Gorgeous and slightly sweet. It has a gentle mouthfeel without a sake feel.
We took a break again, and Nemuchi-san was drinking Iori from Okayama Prefecture.
I really wanted to drink Omachi, but there was a rare Shinkame left for the event and Yui was on his way here, so I saved it for later.
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival㉒
Obfuscated Brand Name Denmei
We drank
Junmai Ginjo Relaxation Level2
Fruity, thick, sweet and delicious!
Yamahai Tokubetsu Junmai Yoshin Dry Harazake Hiyoroshi
Sake strength +15, alcohol 20.9%😳.
The rice flavor and alcohol is strong and comes with a bang!
The top two tasted different from the other Hadeshige I've had.
After this Nemuchi-san was drinking Shimane's Hatsushin but I was getting close to my limit so I took a short break😇!
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival 21
My memory is getting fuzzy and it's getting more and more appropriate from around Hiroki😅.
Whenever I visit a brewery festival, I always want to stop by Dewa no Fuji!
The president of the company was there as usual.
We drank
Junmai Ginjo #1 (Hashwan)
Sake made with #1 yeast. The flavor was a little unusual, but I remember it was sweet and sour.
Junmai Ginjo Riquisimo
It is not listed on the official website, but it seems to be a new product.
It was gorgeous and light.
Riquisimo is a Spanish word that means "very tasty!
This brewery likes words like "Mamma Mia" and Latin words, don't they?
Junmai Namaishu Saiiro-iro
Sake degree +3
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
The official website says it's a summer sake. It seems to be refreshing, but sweet and juicy and delicious.
Junmai Daiginjo Hanakura
The name "Hanakura" is pronounced "kezo".
Polishing ratio 40%, Sake degree -4, Miyamanishiki used.
It must have been delicious!
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival⑳
Mr. Hirota Sake Brewery. There was only one kind of the popular purple air and the rest was Hiroki.
The rest were Hiroki. We didn't try the purple space because it was labeled with morning glory, which we have had before.
I drank
Hiroki Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu Kurake Label
Cute label like Shichu.
I don't remember what it tasted like...
I can't find it in a search, but is it a rare one?
Hiroki Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake Hime Nadeshiko
It uses Nadeshiko yeast. Slightly sweet with a refreshing taste.
The aroma is also sweet.
Hiroki Tokubetsu Junmai Polki 60%
Strong rice flavor
Hiroki Junmai Ginjo, Polished 50%.
I think it was sweeter than 60%, which I prefer. I felt a little acidity.
Hiroki Junmai Daiginjo Harajuku, Polishing 30%-5%.
Sweet and tasty, very good!
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival (1929)
Drunken spirit is often seen at the Hankyu Sake Brewery. The 22nd Hankyu Sake Brewer's Festival (19⑲)
The sales staff at Icoma also came to the tasting event.
We drank
Hiroshima-style dry Junmai-shu
It is a dry sake with a strong rice flavor and a nice sharpness. I thought it was a versatile sake that can be served cold or warmed up.
Junmai Ginjo Mutenpressed (Autumn)
It seems to be a hiyaoroshi-like sake. It has a rounded, angular taste and is a little sweet.
Rice kyoku (aged in the brewery)
Good aroma and strong umami.
Hachitan Junmai Nama Nama Sake
This sake was stored at a low temperature in the brewery. Mellow and umami.
The addition of the nama-zake character gives it a good taste.
Junmai Daiginjo Nama-Nama
It is gorgeous, sweet and delicious.
The ultimate five-step brewing.
The alcohol content is 19 degrees Celsius. It was quite spicy.
Ultimate Drunkenness Daiginjo
I bought this sake when I visited Icoma Sake Shop for the first time. It has a beautiful, mild but rich ginjo aroma. I think it is best to drink it at room temperature.
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival⑱.
Eikun, which I rarely drink these days because I see it so often when I live in Kansai.
I drank
Special Junmai Nama-zake
I had an image that Eikun's sake was sweet, but it was spicier than I expected.
Ichigin Junmai Daiginjo
Nemuchi-san's recommendation.
It is light and dry, but has a gorgeous, high-quality taste.
I heard that it is now available in a 1:1 bottle, so you may want to give it a try!
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival⑰.
Ureshicho, a common impression at the Kuramoto Festival
I drank
Bodhi Hashiroshi Junmai
I drank it with different feelings from last year because I went to Shorakuji temple this year 🥺 It was complex and spicy at the end.
Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
It was just as good as last year!
Nigori (nigori) sake
It has a strong alcoholic taste with a lot of gusto. I think the alcohol content is 20 degrees Celsius or so.
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival⑯.
Chiyomusubi, recently drunk at home
We drank
Junmai Ginjo Tsuyoroku Fukuro-tori O-Nigori
It's very active and has a strong rice flavor. I think it is similar to something I drank recently 🤔.
Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
It has the same nutty taste as when I drank it the other day. Maybe it's the temperature, but it's nuttier than at home.
Junmai Ginjo Strong 50 Hyo-temp hiyaoroshi
Freshness and a good balance of umami and spiciness.
Chiyomusubi has a wide range of flavors.
Gap between Junmai Konaki and Junmai Chiyomusubi😅
Hello bouken!
I guess the unfiltered raw sake is a bit nutty 🥜.
I drank it too, but I wondered if it was really raw. I was wondering if it was really raw.
Yoohee, good evening 🌃
That was even nuttier than when I drank it at home 🤔.
I'm sure it's raw in taste, but the fire-brewed version of this that I drank at home tasted more fruity and beautiful 😅.
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival (15)
I always thought it was "Eisen", but when I saw "Sakaegawa" written on the front hanging and asked about it, I found out it was Egawa Sake Brewery, which is completely unrelated to Aizu Ryugasawa's Egawa Sake Brewery (💦 complicated).
I was just mistaken...
Aizu has two Toyokuni breweries and too many breweries with the same name.
There's also Kaito Otokoyama and Aizu Otokoyama...
So this is the second brewery I've seen for the first time😅
I drank
Hashigozake Honjozo
I think this was the one I asked for a recommendation.
Quite a classic sake. A little bitter.
Eigen Junmai Ginjo
I think it was quite fruity.
Junmai Daiginjo
It was quite refreshing.
Junmai Daiginjo Degahara Washi label
It was sweeter than the previous junmai daiginjo.
Junmai Daiginjo
This also tasted sweet and beautiful.
Overall, it was not outstanding and may not leave a strong impression.
Manachie, I was confused when I saw that it says Sakaegawa😇When I search for it, I have to put in Nishiaizu or all I get is Eisen, which is a hassle 🤣.
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival (15)
Daisetsuken, which I feel like I often come and drink at Hankyu events.
I drank
Junmai Sake Nagano R Yeast
Tasted like a cider, just like when I drank it at home.
Junmai Ginjyo - Unfiniltered raw sake directly pumped from the tank.
I've had it many times, but it's still delicious no matter how many times I drink it!
Alps Ginjo Nama Sake
I think this is the first time I've had it, but it's delicious with its umami and unique flavor.
Autumn Junmai Sake
The classic label is cool. I think they said they reprinted the old label. Despite the classic label, it was fruity and delicious!
Aki-agari junmai ginjo
Refreshing impression
Junmai Ginjo Yamae Nishiki
Juicy and fruity. Taisetsu-kei is delicious both fired and unpasteurized 😋.
Junmai Daiginjo Yamae Nishiki
Oh, wow. It's a junmai daiginjo from Daisetsukenkei, so of course it's delicious. Speak up...
Strawberry sake
It was rich, full of strawberry flavor, and delicious 🍓.
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival⑭
Tamanomitsu is the origin of my sake!
I thought it would be a shame if I didn't drink once in a while, so I led Nemuchi-san, who seemed to be going through with it 😁.
We drank
Junmai Daiginjo Hiyoroshi
The rice was produced in Kyoto and the variety was unknown. I thought it was rare to have a junmai daiginjo hiyaoroshi. It is delicious with a strong umami flavor. I was also surprised at the reasonable price 😳.
I wonder if it is available in supermarkets near me 🤔.
Junmai Daiginjo Bizen Omachi Hiyaroshi Hiyaoroshi
The gold label Bizen Omachi Hiyaroshi version!
I used to see this label a lot, so I miss it 🥺.
It tastes richer and spicier than the first one I had.
The price is also a little rich😅.
Junmai Daiginjo 100% Bizen Omachi
I used to think it was fruity and tasty, but I found it quite light and spicy...
Junmai Daiginjo Bizen Omachi 100% Aged Old Sake SILVER
Aged for 3 years. The corners have been removed and it is round and a little matured.
I thought I had had this before, but it was my first time to drink it.
Junmai Ginjo Namasake
This is the first time since the label was renewed.
It's a year-round raw sake, and Yamaya carries it.
It used to seem sweet, but not so much now?
I think it's sweeter than Tamanohikari.
