Purchased at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival.
I don't think I would have gone to the Yaegaki booth if Nemuchi hadn't recommended it to me beforehand, so thank you 🙇.
I'm glad I bought it because Icoma-san said they only allowed one bottle 😇.
Fruity, apple-like, sweet and juicy. It doesn't feel as sweet and tasty as it did at the tasting, but it's just plain delicious.
It's one of the best Yaegaki I've ever had 😋.
Good morning, bouken-san ☀I was drinking Yaegaki for the first time, so I had a long talk with the brewer because it was so rare 😆I thought "Yes, bouken-san's favorite Yats! I thought 🤣.
Hi Nemuchi 😃
I was going to go through it completely because I drank Ritsu's active nigori last year and it was quite dry 🤣.
I'm glad the Yaegaki was good because I was disappointed with the Ganasei that I opened first 🤣.
When I went to the Hankyu Brewery Festival, Goshin was there in the basement and I tasted and bought it.
It is made from Nara Prefecture's first rice suitable for sake brewing, Nanadoro.
As I mentioned before, I saw on a website somewhere that the Ganasei series is unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
It is fruity and sweet, yet complex. It's delicious and not bad, but it's hard to describe the taste. I think it is a bit light 🤔.
I thought it tasted sweeter when I tasted it...
Tasting magic 💦.
I had the impression that the Ganaou's Rohafu was a bit fresher and juicier, but it seemed lighter and lighter in taste.
Nemuchi-san said he drank this one but decided not to buy it 😅I think he made the right decision.
I think the flavor is starting to come through on the 6th day after opening the bottle.
I used to buy it at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival when I learned that it had been Gohyakumangoku but this year it was Aizan.
Nadagiku
special order
Aiyama ♫
Nadagiku ♫
Muroka
Aiyama ♫
🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱
It's shwashy and cloudy. Lactic acidity and sourness with rice sweetness and flavor. My favorite type among the many Aizan sake.
The sweet and juicy flavor comes out more when the temperature is slightly higher than when it is cold.
Too easy to drink and I'm a bit maniacal 😇
Good evening...
I'm interested in the Aizan, as it doesn't seem to have the "bitter" or "lingering" taste that is typical of Aizan. However, I don't think I will be able to find it in Kanto 😅.
Good morning, bouken 😀
I bought it at the Hankyu brewery festival to do ❤️ hunter this brewing year, and I'm looking forward to drinking it at home more and more after hearing your comments😇.
Ane, hello ☀.
I didn't find any bitterness in particular 😋.
It's mainly sold at direct sales shops, and even in Kansai, you don't see it very often except at department store events😅.
Sake with undisclosed specs.
Purchased at the Hankyu Sake Brewer's Festival.
I was hesitating between this and MELLOW, so I went for this one.
Slightly effervescent and sweet, but with a strong rice flavor. There is also a slight minerality. A little bitterness in the latter half.
Before tasting, I imagined it to be sweeter and more fruity, but it is a strong umami sake.
It becomes sweeter after a few days than when it is freshly opened.
It has a candy-like sweetness and a slight ripeness.
The 25th Hankyu Brewery Festival (7)
Lastly, a dark horse that we didn't expect to see at a department store event? Mr. Nomushi, a dark horse who we did not expect to come to a department store event!
Even though it was a department store event, the sake brewery brought almost all of their sake in one bottle!
I have a feeling of kinship with him since I talked with him quite a bit at the Shikoku Sake event at Kyocera Dome 😁.
The atmosphere was somehow more intimate than other booths. Ehime and Hanaheizakura were standing side by side.
It was cute that the brewer had "Kuramoto" written and sewn on his chest 😆.
Honjozo sake
The one we drank at Kyocera. It was sold in a four-pack bottle.
Gutsy, powerful, and with a great rice flavor. The last time I drank it, I thought it was good, but this time I was less impressed.
Special Honjozo Dry
This bottle was only a shugou. It is a type that seems to be easy to drink.
It is written as "dry" but it is easy to drink and I like it.
Tankomaezake Ginjo-namaeshu
This one is only available in 1 sho bottle.
Spicy and strong? It tastes dry and strong?
Tosenzake Junmai Ginjo-Nama Shu
This is also only available in 1 sho bottle. I've bought and drank 5 gou bottles in the past.
As many reviewers have said, it has a citrusy taste.
Not as sweet as I've had in the past.
I was mysteriously appealed to by an old Hawks fan at the Nomushi booth who said he was good friends with Buffaloes manager Kishida and retired T Okada 🤣.
The 25th Hankyu Brewery Festival (6)
It's rare for Raifuku to come to a department store, and I've never had a regular type of sake, so I thought I'd take this opportunity to try some.
Junmai Hachitan-Nishiki
It seems to be a standard sake of the brewery.
It is not modern, but sweet.
It's nice that this is a standard sake.
Junmai Shunyo
4MP, just because it is made from Shunyo.
Muscat flavor, sweet and light.
Junmai Ginjo Aizan
Less sweet than the raw sake we have had in the past.
MELLOW Nama Sake
MELLOW Nama-zake is a pure sake of Kijo-zake.
It has a rich sweet taste. It's very thick. Delicious 😋.
Junmai Ginjo Raifuku X Kuro Nama Sake
Sake with undisclosed specs.
Not gory and sweet, but just right.
I've been wanting to try this one for quite some time 😋.
Junmai Daiginjo Betsuatsurae
Very sweet, juicy, and super tasty!
After drinking it, you realize it's Aizan😅.
The 25th Hankyu Brewery Festival (5)
Yaegaki, which I was going to pass up because I personally am not into it, but Nemuchi told me to try it, so I decided to drink it.
Well, Yaegaki doesn't come to many events.
Ritsu Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
I asked if this was the first time I've seen Ritsu's nama-shu, and he said it's released every year 😅. I asked him if this was the first time.
Fresh and juicy!
Maybe the best Yaegaki I've ever had 😋.
Special Junmai Yamadanishiki Nama Sake
I've been wondering about this one since I often see it at Yamaya, but it costs about 2200 yen, so I've been on the fence about it for a while.
Looks good with food. It has quite a bit of umami.
I think I can buy it if it tastes like this.
Junmai Ginjo
I thought it was somewhat classic and quite full-bodied
All the ones I drank this time were good 😁.
I bought a bottle of Ritsu nigori nama sake last year, but it looks like it will be in a pressure-resistant bottle this year. Will it be in the same bottle as Ritsu Sparkling?
The 25th Hankyu Brewery Festival ④
Nemuchi-san gave me some recommendations in advance, and one of them was Kikusui!
Honjozo nigorizake HIRAKI TENRYU
The nigori is very fine and silky!
The best part is that a bottle of this sake costs around 2,000 yen!
Junmai Ginjyo Hatsuho Shizuku Nama-no-Genshu
The rice is Takananishiki.
According to the official website, it has a Sake meter of -7 and an acidity of 1.6.
I wonder if this is a different product from the sake I bought at last year's traveling SAKE event, since only the Takananishiki label is different. The sake level is also totally different.
It's sweet and fruity, but a bit light?
I thought I could buy the raw sake, but decided against it because I thought it was not decisive enough...
The 25th Hankyu Brewery Festival (3)
Reizan has been drinking Meimon Shukai hanpukai sake once in the past at a restaurant that purchases from Ikoma Sake Shop.
Special Junmai
Polishing ratio 65
The rice seems to be Shinriki. There is a place that says "reviving a phantom rice called Fukushin" but that's a mistake, right?
Is it a honjozo? It tastes like a classic sake.
Gorigori-classic sake.
Honjozo sake
Polishing ratio 70%.
Taste that you would never think it was a sake with alkaloids
Easy to drink, you would not believe it has 19 degrees Celsius
Junmai
Sold out, but I only tasted it.
Polishing ratio 65%, Sake degree +2, Acidity 1.6
Rice is 100% Hananishiki
The specs are from the internet.
High acidity, a little wine-like
Junmai Ginjo
Beautiful and slightly sweet
Junmai Ginjo for 2,700 yen? I thought so, but I think they said the rice polishing ratio is 50%. If that's the case, why didn't they just call it daiginjo 🤔?
Honjozo Harazake was the best out of all of them.
There was also a sandeshi but it said delivery only.
I can get Reizan's Sandeshi at Yodobashi.
The 25th Hankyu Brewery Festival (2)
I don't usually go to the Nadagiku booth, but there was a sake I was interested in, so I went there.
MISA Shiboritate Nama-no-Hara Sake
This sake is made from Yamada-Nishiki and limited to 198 bottles.
It feels refreshing but sweet.
Special Junmai Hatsu Shiboritate
The label said it was an unfiltered, unfiltered, unadulterated sake.
I was curious about this sake because I heard it was Aizan this year.
Slightly effervescent and deliciously juicy 😋.
I haven't bought Nada Kiku in a very long time 😍.
Hello bouken 😃
I'm going to participate in this event today.
I'm nervous about how many bottles I'll buy today 😅.
If it's Aiyama, I'll be expecting a lot.
The 25th Hankyu Brewery Festival ①.
This is the first time in about a year since I didn't go to the last one in the spring.
The venue was changed to the same festival plaza as the traveling SAKE event, and the former venue was turned into a high-brand watch shop💦.
Rolex was lined up like a ramen shop with a long line 🤣.
The first brewery I visited was the Furusawa Sake Brewery, which was participating in the Sake Brewery Festival for the first time!
A sake brewery that was a complete first for me!
Junmai Daiginjo Yuki Megami 48
Clear, light and clean taste
Junmai Daiginjo Bidabishu
The rice is Dewa Tsanzan.
This one is sweeter. It is also a little refreshing.
Benihana-ya Juubei Daiginjo
Yamadanishiki rice polished to 35%.
Slightly darker and sweeter than the previous two
Relatively reasonable considering the specs 🤔.
I have the impression that the taste of Sawa Masamune goes up as the price goes up.
I don't think there are any stores in Kansai where you can buy it.
When I went to Umeda Hankyu, for some reason they were selling Miya no Yuki, which had never been to the brewer's festival or the tasting sale in the basement.
According to the official Miya no Yuki Instagram, they sometimes come to Oi Hankyu in Tokyo for tasting and selling, so I wonder if they brought their stock from there 🤔.
I bought it because I haven't seen Miya-no-snow in Kansai.
It doesn't say but the rice is Yamadanishiki.
It's fruity but less sweet and more bitter than I expected.
The printed bottle is cool!
The customer seemed to like Miyanoyuki the best.
When I drank it again, I felt it was refreshingly sweet and fruity.
I wonder if this is the raw version of the sake Nemuchi-san recommended 🤔.
It's been 3 days since I opened the bottle, but the acidity that I felt when I opened the bottle has disappeared and it's turned into a beautiful sweet-tart flavor. It's been 3 days since I opened the bottle, but the bitterness I felt when opening the bottle has disappeared and it's turned into a beautiful sweet-tart flavor.
Information about the main store at Hankyu Umeda. A brewery event will be held on the second basement floor!
It is a tasting and sale of Shojo-san from the 18th. I have been looking forward to it for several weeks.
Mr. Segawa from Kitamura Sake Brewery was there as a sales representative.
He was full of friendly atmosphere. He explained everything to us very politely.
And today's purpose! As usual, he takes out his phone cover and autograph pen. It's time to ask for his autograph.
He was surprised, but wrote it with a smile on his face. Thank you very much for your time!
He also graciously agreed to contribute at Sake-no-wa~!
We are very happy to have more signatures! Yay!
I have nothing but delicious impressions of the past Oni series. Now, how about this time?
Wow, it's still good!
The aroma and taste are fruity.
It's light, but the alcohol content of 17 degrees Celsius gives it a punch.
There are many more demons. I would like to try them all.
The tasting will last until Tuesday, June 24!
It has been a long time since I have posted.
I haven't had a chance to drink sake slowly and it was delicious after a long time.
I bought this sake at Hankyu Department Store.
It has a delicious flavor and is very smooth on the palate.
Lutemi, it's been a long time 😊Good to see you 🎶.
Sounds like you are having a hard time 💦I know it's hard to feel like drinking when you can't relax 😢Take good care of yourself so you don't get sick 🙏.
Good evening, Pon 😁.
Sorry I won't be able to see you on the 22nd 🥹.
I'm finally getting settled. Thank you 😊It's a blessing to be able to relax and drink alcohol. I'm going on a trip tomorrow for the first time in a long time 😁.
Purchased at Hankyu Brewery Festival
When I went to the booth, several people were tasting this one, and the brewer said it was the last one, so I rushed to taste it and quickly declared my purchase 😁.
I'm glad I was able to buy it because I was looking for this one this time 🥺.
First time to try Yoshinogawa Nama Sake!
I've always wanted to get my hands on a bottle of unfiltered nama sake from Yoshinogawa because it seemed like such a rare thing!
The nose is a bit banana-like. It tastes fresh and a bit green. It is juicy, sweeter than I expected, and quite fruity. It tastes a little like apples, too.
It was a good decision to buy it 😋.
I think the spiciness increases as the temperature rises 🤔.
Purchased at the Hankyu Sake Brewer's Festival.
I was going to buy one of the Takeoka series, but there was a draft sake, so I tasted this one and bought it.
The brand name is Wazo, but I registered it as Seisen to make it easier to search.
According to the official website, this sake used to be sold under the brand name Shikanozan.
According to the official site, this sake is a draft sake.
It is fresh and slightly effervescent, though it has an aruze-like character.
Slightly fruity and sweet. Slightly acidic.
I would like to try some of the Takeoka series of nama-shu!
Tochigi Ai🥰 in the first of December
You can buy Sawahime in the neighborhood, but this one was limited to 120 bottles at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival, so I tasted it and bought it!
It's very effervescent. It's dry, complex, and has many different flavors. It is sweet but unique.
Rich and powerful sake.
I think there's a very slight glimpse of a perverted sake 🫶.
Good evening, bouken 😃.
Thank you for your early Tochigi love 🥰 from November rush to early December 😊.
I guess you can tell that because you drink a lot of Sawahime 😁.
The 23rd Hankyu Brewery Festival (3)
Sawahime-san, who has become a familiar face at the Sake Brewer's Festival
The president of Sawahime-san was there!
We drank
Daiginjo Shin Jizake Manifesto
Brilliant and fruity. I've had it before, but it's still delicious!
Special Junmai Shiboritate Nama-nihonshu
This is a sake I missed out on last year at Icoma.
Personally, I think it's a little subtle because it's refreshing and has little sweetness.
I heard that Icosa will have it in stock again this year, so I'm considering drinking it again to make sure 🤔.
Sawahime Junmai Daiginjo
I felt it was sweeter than the Daiginjo.
I've had Jun Dai and Daiginjo in the past, but I thought it was consistently delicious!
Here we purchased a Junmai Ginjo Premium Slightly Sparkling Oragami Nama Sake, which is a test brew and limited to 120 bottles!
I wanted to buy some other sake, so I left the brewery festival this time 😅.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌃
The liquor store said it's delicious and they want a little more recognition 🥺.
Tochigi love 🥰 for the second time in November drinking outside.
We had Tochigi love 🥰 at home after this 🥳.
The 23rd Hankyu Brewery Festival (2)
Next was the first Koshitsuka Sake Brewery!
Koshi Shuzo and Tsukano Shuzo merged and became Koshitsuka Shuzo.
Tsukano Shuzo has a 200-year tradition, and Koshi Shuzo was founded in 1987 and won a prize at a sake competition the following year.
It's a fusion of a traditional brewery and a talented up-and-coming brewery 😊.
The brewery's yeast is called Tsukano yeast, which seems to be Association #5 yeast, but didn't it originate from Kamotsuru?
I drank
Gotou no Mine Junmai Ginjo
It seems to be a local sake.
It was a little mild and had a moderate sweetness. It tasted a little unique.
Ai Saemu Sosen Junmai
Sake made from Aizan. There were also Jun Dai and Aizan.
I thought I would buy it if it was good, but I was a little concerned about its peculiar taste...
I was going to buy it if it was good, but I was a little worried about its peculiar taste...
Koshino Ajiwai Daiginjo
Fruity and the sweetest of the breweries.
Daiginjo-nama-sake
Slightly heavy for a daiginjo, with a slightly viscous taste.
I was going to buy a good one if there was one, but the others were too subtle, except for the Koshi no Ajiwai Daiginjo.
The 23rd Hankyu Brewery Festival ①.
Held for the second time this year
This time, as a solo activity, I had a quick and pinpoint drink!
First, I went to Seisen's Wazo Sake Brewery, but I didn't take any pictures and bought a bottle, so I omitted that!
Next stop was Yoshinogawa!
This was my first time to try Yoshinogawa's regular product!
It was better than I expected, with just the right amount of sweetness and not too spicy. As the brewer said, it would be good warmed up.
I had my eye on the Minamo Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake, but there was only one bottle left and there was someone else who seemed to want it, so I tasted it quickly and declared my purchase 😅.
