It has a good deep rice flavor.
You can also taste some acidity.
There is also a slight carbonation...
It is rich and tasty.
It is sweet from the aroma, and when you drink it, you think it is sweet, but it is dry from the middle! This is interesting. It is not so easy to drink, but you can drink it for a long time.

Masamune hunters go today🍶.
It's a gold medal winning sake by weight that I bought with Usakame 🥇.
I carried it home in my backpack and the bottle got water droplets on it and the paper was falling apart😅.
Well, I opened the bottle 🍶 and thought it couldn't be helped.
It has a refreshing sweetness like watermelon 🍉, and a fresh taste 😚.
A little bitterness in the aftertaste 🤏.
The mellow ginjo aroma is irresistible: ☺️
I thought it was just a "freebie" from Usakame, but ......... it is indeed a gold medal 🥇👏!
I'm sorry for your inconvenience: 🙇♂️
Nice Masamune👍
Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo 🌙
It was within walking distance 😁.
A double detour while visiting Kamikochi 😆.
I think it's fun just to browse the stores ✨.
Kametaya Sake Brewery is located in Matsumoto, overlooking the Northern Alps, and their Junmai line is called Alps Masamune. There are many different Masamune in different parts of Japan, but katakana Masamune seems to be a bit rare.
Purchased at a store in Kamikochi. It is not too strong, but rather a medium-bodied, refreshing sake with a moderate rice flavor.
The second picture is the busy Kappa-bashi bridge.

Thank you for your comment, Matsuchiyo. The Kamikochi opening ceremony did not fit our schedule, so we went out on a different day. It is still cold, but the refreshing scenery is a heartwarming place.
