The last of the room drinking & horse race tournament was Alps Masamune, a completely different strain of sake.
It was an elegant sweet sake and just right for the third bottle.
The result was that I got 38x and 250.7x on the Argentine Republic Cup, so the drinking party was a great success 😆😆😆😆.
Rice used: Miyamanishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 49% Sake degree: - Acidity: - Amino acidity: - Alcohol: 15
Today we will enjoy a local sake from Shinshu, Kametaya Sake Brewery.
Alps Masamune Junmai Ginjo
The aroma is mild.
The taste is mellow and dry, and goes well with meat dishes.
Thanks to Mr. B, a friend of mine from horse racing, whom I haven't seen in a while, brought me this drink.
It is made from Miyamanishiki rice grown under contract at Maruyama Farms in Matsukawa Village, Kitaazumi-gun, Nagano Prefecture.
It is a mellow sake with plenty of rice flavor.
Junmai Daiginjo Namaisouju

A fresh, fruity and delicious sake with the flavor of rice. A handsome sake to drink again.
Purchased at Kametaya Sake Brewery's Sake Tomokan
We were given a tour of the main building of the brewery.
Dosojin (guardian deity of the road) is a wonderful sight.
Slightly sweet aroma
Well-balanced sweetness and sourness
and a refreshing aftertaste.
Delicious!
Went to Nagano for a friend's wedding.
Nagano souvenirs ①.
Sake from Matsumoto, where we visited.
It is refreshing, but the taste is strong.
More like a dry sake?
Delicious 🤤.
By the way,
At an izakaya, we also enjoyed Taisetsukei, Makiki (Kawanakajima), and Juroemon 16th Generation.
I think most of them were refreshing (for me).
