The people in the department on this day were very kind to me, a 🐯 fan who had lost three consecutive home games and could not get the best of Japan.
Someone in the department has a 🦅 jersey.
There is a person in my department who has the same name as the person who won the MVP.
That person comes to visit me wearing a 🦅 jersey.
Kiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.
They are very kind people 🤣.
Well, work has been very busy and I am spending numb days with many projects of my mater. I came home in a doldrums and was greeted by this one from Yamae Nishiki.
It is an interesting sake, sweet at the beginning, acid at the end, and very deep in flavor during drinking. I can see why it is perfect during a meal. It was very satisfying to drink💫.
I am a company employee who woke up an hour later than usual this morning and panicked, "I overslept, what should I do 😨" 😂.
Hi Ane-san 🐦.
Congratulations on winning the CS championship of the Central League, it was over while I was having a sale 😳It happened so fast that I can't really feel it😳
I got a little queasy when I thought of the "kind person" 🤣.
Good morning, Pon-chan!
I went to the store at Hanshin department store but didn't buy it, saying "you'll get goods for Japan's number one 😂.
A ⛑️ fan told me "I'm jealous that you can enjoy baseball until this time of the year" 😅
Company Livestock 😱 No, Miss.
Thanks for your work...💦.
Sorry about the tiger...let's hope for next season!
I thought Alps Masamune had a flavor not unlike Shinshu sake♪
I'm spending my once-a-year vacation here, spending weekdays supporting my wife who just started a new job at her new place of work, training more than usual, and taking a short drive along the new route from Ikeda, Fukui to Ibi, Gifu ✨.
Well, I thought I'd try to be a [Masamune Hunter] like [Hiro-san] once in a while, so I opened this one this time 🍶.
Alps Masamune Junmai Ginjyo Yamae Nishiki Goju.
This is an optional item for the Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai, and was awarded the Platinum Prize in the Junmai Daiginjo (Polishing ratio 36-50%) category at the Kura Master, a Japanese sake competition held in France for Japanese sake selected by French people!
[Glass]
The aroma is sweet like apples, the flavor flows smoothly into the mouth, and after the fruity sweetness, it finishes with a refreshing aftertaste and a slight bitterness that remains at the end.
[Mokkiri]
A fruity sweet aroma, a light umami taste, and a refreshing finish with a sweet fruity aftertaste and a slight bitterness that lingers on the tongue at the end.
Although it is a junmai ginjo, it has an interesting aroma reminiscent of junmai daiginjo and a refreshing sharpness that is typical of junmai ginjos.
Served with Akiyoshi's Yakitori (grilled chicken) and Ajisashi (horse mackerel sashimi from Ishikawa).
The fourth picture is of Sugihara Sake Brewery, which brews "Imi", and Emi Restaurant's "Chashu Eggs", which I wanted to eat for lunch while visiting Ibi, Gifu.
I'm going back to my "spiritual hometown" for a bit from today, so please be careful of alcohol terrorism 🥰.
Hi Jive 😃.
You are a Masamune hunter this time 😉.
From supporting your wife to your own training, you are always perfect 👍 Go back to your spiritual home and take that time to relax 🥰.
I'll look forward to your posts 🤗
Hi Gyve!
Sake with Masamune in the name is interesting 🎶Alps + Masamune, musical instrument + Masamune, etc. 😆.
I can only look forward to the sake terrorism in the hometown of my heart 😊👍Take care!
Hi Gyve 😃
Was it a drive to Sugihara Sake Brewery 😃?
Sometimes a drive is a nice break ✨.
You hunted for a beautiful and delicious tasting Masamune 😁.
Nice Masamune👍
Hi Gyve 😃
One vacation a year... I was worried about you... but you'll be fine, you've even issued a liquor terror alert ⚠️ 😁.
I'm curious about your spiritual home, Mr. Gyve: ☺️ At least I understand that it's a place where alcohol is involved 🍶😊.
Hi HinaHanaMama!
[I've been on the Masamune hunt 🥰.
I advised her to change her job because her last place of work was quite pitch black and she found her next one✨.
I just pray that the next place is a drunken workplace!
Hello, Pon-chan!
Personally, I find [katakana + Masamune] rather alien, especially [Bike Masamune] and [Radio Masamune] 🤣.
The train is running late at some points, but you will soon arrive at the "home of my heart" 🔚.
Hello ichiro18, ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I took a test drive on a road I was thinking of riding next season on my hobby bicycle, but gave up because of more winding roads and tunnels than I imagined 🤣.
Hi Aladdin!
I'm in an industry that doesn't have Bon and New Year's, so I can only take some consecutive holidays by myself once a year ✨.
I'm going to buy sake and sweet things that I can't buy unless I come here 🥰.
Good morning, Jive!
I'm looking forward to returning to my once a year vacation [home of my heart] and drinking terror 😁✨✨.
Driving the new route will be pleasant as the season improves 🚗.
Alps Masamune looks delicious too 🤤.
Alps Masamune Junmai Ginjo Yamae Nishiki Goju
Rating 4.4
16% alcohol by volume, -2% sake by volume, Yamae-Nishiki from Nagano Prefecture, 50% polished rice.
The rice is polished to 50% and the result is a local sake that has the aroma of a junmai daiginjo but with a clean finish and junmai ginjo character. The hi-ire process gives the sake a more subdued taste than the pure sake. It has a crisp acidity. It has a moderate bitterness and is a good mid-meal sake.
After one summer, it has matured to a rich flavor just in time for the arrival of autumn.
The crisp, dry taste has been maintained, but the aging process has given it a softer mouthfeel.
It is a traditional hiyaoroshi sake, which is made from fresh sake, so it has a strong umami (flavor).
My daughter gave me this sake from the Kamidaya Sake Brewery in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, as a Kamikochi souvenir. It is called "Kappa no Yume" and is sold exclusively at Hotel Shirakaba-so. It was a refreshing, slightly dry, easy-drinking sake.
