The brewer was at a local department store and was having a tasting, so we stopped by and had a lot of conversation with him and drank one of three different kinds of sake: ☝️
It is a junmai ginjo that is fermented slowly in the cold.
When you open the bottle, you can imagine the freshness of the thin ginjo aroma 🤩.
When I tasted it, I felt that this Alps Masamune series is not so hot even if the sake level is high, but on the contrary, it has a good spiciness even if the level is low, so you can enjoy the umami spiciness of this brand 🥰.
As usual, when I put some air in my mouth... oh, oh, oh, oh 😍 this is amazing! The spiciness is gone and the rice flavor and sweetness tickles your mouth and nostrils 😘.
It can be served as a food sake or on its own 👍I enjoyed it with dried firefly squid (enjoy the guts!)
It was a great encounter!
I would definitely buy it again if the brewery comes to town 😘.
Delicious!
I thought it would be empty because of the snow, but it was more crowded than I expected!
A little creamy at first, but then the richness comes and it's clean and crisp. There is also a little acidity. If you check it carefully, you will find a hint of melon-like ginjo aroma. It is delicious.
Today we will enjoy a local sake from Shinshu
We will enjoy Alps Masamune Junmai Daiginjo Shiro-uma from Kamedaya Sake Brewery!
The aroma reminds me of apple.
The taste is sweet and has a dry aftertaste.
The taste has a sweetness that is unique to ogara-mi and has a dry aftertaste.
The last of the room drinking & horse race tournament was Alps Masamune, a completely different strain of sake.
It was an elegant sweet sake and just right for the third bottle.
The result was that I got 38x and 250.7x on the Argentine Republic Cup, so the drinking party was a great success 😆😆😆😆.

Alps Masamune Junmai Ginjo
The aroma is mild.
The taste is mellow and dry, and goes well with meat dishes.
Thanks to Mr. B, a friend of mine from horse racing, whom I haven't seen in a while, brought me this drink.
It is made from Miyamanishiki rice grown under contract at Maruyama Farms in Matsukawa Village, Kitaazumi-gun, Nagano Prefecture.
It is a mellow sake with plenty of rice flavor.
