I asked the clerk about the Yokoyama Goju, which was from the same brewery, and he told me that it was a higher grade sake, so I bought it. Opened the bottle. The aroma is strong and has a nice fragrance. It was a medium-bodied sake, but it was a little spicy. As it goes down the throat, it is very refreshing. This is delicious. Shinmasa's Tenfrog!
Following yesterday's Gin🐢, I decided to open a bottle of Shinmasa today, but I didn't know which one to open... so I chose Tenkaeru, which is a first for Shinmasa as well 😀.
I chilled it enough in the sake cellar and still put the bottle down to be cautious... but it made more noise than I expected and had a big blowout 🤣.
The bubbling sound continued long after I poured it into the glass. ‼️
The mouthfeel was more like champagne than champagne 😇

I decided to go with the same Tenpyo-san for the second round as the last one 😀.
I was actually looking for Aizan for the second round of the same Tenpyo, but since I didn't want to wait any longer to finish the sake tour, I chose the same sake 😇.
Compared to the previous sake, I felt it was somewhat lighter 😀.
Even though it was light, it still had a sweetness and umami flavor that made it easy to drink 😀.

Haneya's Orikarami...as expected, it is a delicious sake 😇.
The supernatant that was brought to room temperature had a very strong alcohol taste, but the mixture of the two...especially the chilled mixture, had a strong sweetness and umami taste 😇.

It is jungin, so naturally it has a good ginjo aroma, but it also has a strong umami taste in the mouth 😀.

There is not a big difference in taste between the top clear and the orihara 😀.
If anything, the ogara-mi is more fruity 😇.
As for the taste comparison with Sakura Hanabukisuki, Sakura has a better sweetness in the mouth, but Sakura has a stronger sweetness when it rolls around in the mouth 🤣.
As a result, I prefer the Sakura Hanabukiyuki and the wife prefers the Sakura Ohanami.

For tasting, we compared the top clear and the orihara with the chilled ones 😇.
There is no extreme difference in taste between the supernatant, the orihara and the chilled version 🌸.
The moment you put it in your mouth, the spring-like fruity taste spreads out, but then the firm acidity and spiciness come in and it clears up nicely 😀 It is a very drinkable sake, but it is very easy to finish.
It is a very easy to drink sake, but after finishing it, I found it to be a gentle pink in color, but it was a sake that did not interfere with the meal, with a more robust dryness than it looked 🌸.

Continuing from yesterday's map-filling for the second round of Japan, I decided to go with Hiroshima Prefecture 😀.
I was attracted by the blue label, even though spring sake is usually pink or red... and the label with a beautiful flower floating on it that reminded me of Monet's water lotus 🤣.
The taste was very different from the label 😅.
It was drier than the Spring Sake by Drunken Whale that I opened yesterday😅.
However, it has a fruitiness that is typical of spring sake beyond the dryness, so I thought it would be a good food sake as well 😀.
