After successfully completing the second lap of the sake tour, today is a new stage 😀.
The first bottle of sake for the restart is from Osaka Sake Akishika, which is a continuation of the previous tour 😀.
This sake was very interesting for a sake from Akishika, as the specs were very far out of the ordinary 😀!
Sake level -9 and acidity 3.5🤣.
The sweet and sour taste was the most interesting sake 😇
Association 28 multi-acid yeast is very interesting 😀.

My hobbies other than sake are walking and hiking in the mountains, so I'd like to collaborate with sake to visit all the breweries without using a car, just public transportation and walking 😇.
First, I would like to visit 50 breweries in nearby prefectures 😀.

I asked the store owner what kind of Osaka sake is easy to drink and he recommended this sake because the specs are pretty awesome but easy to drink 😀.

I have picked up about 30 breweries so far, but I'll think about where to go from there 😅.
I'm sure we'll be able to work it out once the brewery opening season comes around 🤣.
