Our large selection of spring sake has dwindled considerably 😀.
Today, we had Hana Sakura by Aizumusume from among them 😀.
This is my first time to try Aizumusume 😀.
The aroma was very fruity, but when you put it in your mouth, the umami came to the fore 😀 It was a big-boned umami 😀.

I compared the top clear and the ogara-mi (the top clear and the ogara-mi) at room temperature and the chilled version, and they all have the same strong umami flavor 😇.
I would like to try it on the rocks tomorrow because of its robust flavor 😇

I thought Kadoya-san was the one for Aizu-musume, but I don't know if it's Imanaka-san 😳⁉️ I tend to skip it even if I see it because I can sometimes drink it in Kadoya-san's hanpukai 😁If I drink it in the hanpukai, I'll buy it myself and drink it next time 😅...
