I knew it was pretty tough for a 66 year old man😅!
As a reward to myself for surviving the consecutive workdays, I'm opening a bottle of Niimasa today😇!
I chose Viridian from Niimasa's Colors 😇.
This sake doesn't need any comment at all 😅.
Of course it's delicious 😀.
It was a delicious sake with a good balance of sweetness and umami, and even a sense of clarity throughout😇.
Tomorrow I finally have a day off, but the day after tomorrow I have to work hard again😅.
