Today I got Hatsukame, a sake from Shizuoka Prefecture 😀.
Actually, I had been holding on to either this or the Shinshin-san's Hozonokagan Matsuri that I got yesterday with the intention of making it the last sake of my second round 😀.
However, I had to open the bottle before the last one because I got a sake that I really wanted to make the last leg of my sake journey 😀.
I thought the name of the sake "Shinshin" and the label design of this sake would be good for the last sake... 🤣
This Hatsukame was also my first sake, but it was a sake that conveyed a strong umami flavor 😀.
A veil of umami spreads in the mouth and remains firmly in the mouth 😀.
After a long time, it disappeared beautifully and quickly 😀.
It was a delicious sake with strong umami 😀.
Tomorrow will be my last visit to my hometown Osaka 😀.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
We are glad that we were able to get a more memorable sake than Shinshin and Hatsukame, which we had originally planned to bring last 😇.
But in terms of taste, this Hatsukame-san was also good enough to be the last one 🤣.

Hi Rafa papa 😀
It's ok 😀
When I was preparing only Akishika, I was planning to make Shinshin-san and Hatsugame-san last, but when I got the next Osaka sake, I decided that this sake would be the last one, so...
